I went to have my son get evaluated for speech therapy, I came right one time but the front desk lady forgot to check us in. 30 mins after I arrived and asked the front desk lady how much longer it will be and she apologized that she completely forgot the check us in. The speech therapist came out immediately and said she was so sorry she only has 20 mins to do the evaluation and she won’t be able to finish everything. During this evaluation she did not speak to my son once to see how his speech is, she just spoke with me for the 20 minutes then left. Now I’m getting a large bill for the full evaluation, when I called the clinic they said she doesn’t work here anymore and that in her notes she said she finished everything. Since she doesn’t work there anymore they aren’t able to speak to her and don’t believe what I am saying. I do not think I should be paying $140 dollars for an evaluation that wasn’t even half finished.

I was going to wait until all my visits were finished. This was my second visit, Janelle Payne is amazing. She taught me so much, and my back is starting to feel better!! 20 stars for Janelle. She is an asset to Brooks Physical Therapy

I was very fortunate to have worked with Jessica Finney after my recent knee replacement. There are so many good things to say about my experience, Jessica is perceptive and smart, leading and guiding me through my recovery every step of the way. She knew exactly what I needed to do, helped me through my recovery with positive encouragement and coaching. I was able to see consistent improvement and great results.
This entire Brooks facility left a positive impression on me and I’m happy to recommend to anyone looking for a safe, clean, positive environment for physical therapy. Jessica and her colleagues are talented and are true difference makers!

Excellent rehab experience. All employees were very friendly and helpful. My therapist Janelle Payne was outstanding, very knowledgeable and professional. She was very attentive to my physical limits and was always prompt with appointment times as I was never kept waiting. Will use for rehab again as needed.
Thanks

Our toddler son was seen at this location for both speech and occupational therapy. I can not recommend it enough. We have had previous experience with speech and OT in another state with our eldest child. The level of care, compassion and expertise we received here was unmatched. Ms Taylor and Ms Kendyl are extremely professional and their work with our son Matthew helped him grow his skills to new levels. Their compassion for not only our child but us as a family was amazing. They listened, answered questions and held space for us to be vulnerable. We have always felt supported and safe here. Even though we have now moved out of state I truly can not thank Ms. Taylor and Ms Kendyl enough. We will always remember them for being such a great start to my sons journey.

My daughter has been going to Brooks for speech therapy for about two years and honestly I couldn't be more satisfied. Ms. Taylor is truly a great soul. My daughter is treated with so much love by the entire staff starting from the front desk. I really could not have asked for better ppl. All the therapists are really nice and do such a wonderful job making you feel welcomed. I would recommend that office to anyone in need of therapy, they truly have your best interest at heart.

My 2 1/2 year old son was being seen for speech and ultimately OT which was combined eventually, two therapists for a 30 min session twice weekly for about 7 months. His speech therapy started out good, Ms. Taylor is very professional and did the best she could with our son, once OT was combined I became increasingly disappointed in the quality of care he was receiving seemingly becoming a waste of time. Fast forward my son has two maybe three unproductive appointments due to him having a morning tantrum and the OT who calls out of work every other week surprisingly didn’t appear to be able to perform her portion of the 30 minute combined session. When her experience level dealing with toddlers was politely questioned by my spouse, the OT whom I won’t name, seemingly took this as personal criticism however it was in no way intended in that way and this ultimately led to OT “tapping out” as it appeared she was no longer able to conduct her portion. Again, Ms. Taylor who I highly recommend for speech did a great job but ultimately we’ve become unconfident in the quality of care we have been receiving for our son as of late therefore we will not be returning.

I had a good therapist. My complaint in with the billing department. They require you to pay upfront instead of the option of billing later. So I paid my $60 copay which was paid by my insurance 100 percent as I had met my out of pocket max. My visit was on 4/24/23. Still waiting to get reimbursed my $60. No such issues with the Brooks Rehab on Qorld Golf Village.
I did receive my money back in the last two days as of 6/29/23
My suggestion is to not force people to pay who are close to meeting their out of pocket max. My GP will just bill me if I request it.
