I first visited Dr. Harris in my senior year of high school, around a decade ago. Since then, she has been available and happy to answer my calls while I was away at college. She has helped me through rough transitions, panic attacks, and depression. I am genuinely so grateful for Dr. Harris and her team! To this day I use the methods she has taught me and I haven't had a panic attack episode in years because of it. Thank you, Dr. Harris!

I have been coming to broward center for counseling for years. They are always willing to accommodate my needs, whether it be scheduling or financially. Whenever I need to see my therapist, whether it be a year from my last session or next week, can always count on them to be seen and get the help I need.

Spoke with "H E I D I" the secretary, in order to make an appointment using my EAP & instead of being welcomed by compassion, warmth & professionalism, I was met with the total opposite.
Since the start of our conversation, the focus was mainly on insurance, co-pays & straight up rudness. All I did was call to obtain some emotional help, but instead I get bombarded with childlike attitude, arrogance & condescending answers. Perhaps the practice needs to find another secretary with a sense of empathy & better people / potential patient skills. I read great & positive reviews about the practice, but honestly after dealing with
H E I D I the secretary, our interaction completely turned me off. H E I D I made me feel "not good enough" because I was using my company EAP. By the way, Yes, the practice is in network & active with my EAP, but after the treatment given by H E I D I, I'm definitely not using this practice. I know that my opinion dosent really matter to the practice, but I just want those seeking for reviews to know what to expect when dealing with
"H E I D I, the secretary".
