Unpleased with the services my child received here. IT HONESTLY SEEMED AS IF ALL THEY DID WAS CHARGE $200 an hour for letting my son play in their facility. And without any prior notice, they cut off my child for insurance reasons and in the start up of his treatment plan too. It's been 3 years now and I've lost trust for any of these places. My child needs help, not to be taken advantage of and treated like an insurance claim. He benefitted NOTHING by going to BTEC
his therapist wasn't good at his job. "B"

My child's been going here for several years now. It was a wait and tough to get in at first. But I was flexible and made it a priority for my son and it's been a great investment. They even came to our home when everything was shut down this past year so my son had the support he needed and didn't lose any gains. The staff works tirelessly to individualize care plans and work on issues affecting your child and you the most, to not only decrease negative behavior but mostly increase positive growth and behavior. They don't do any form of punishment or any of the stuff you hear about as being negative from older and poor practices by ABA centers in the past.We have worked with several therapists in center and my son loves going there. He has improved so much and this therapy is the one thing that's made the most difference in his and our family's life.

This place replaced my child without a single phone call because they didnt want to lose their money flo they don't care about your child just a money racket very unprofessional i give a negative 5 stars
