Steffi was a guest speaker at our MOPS group when I was a Coordinator. She spoke on many topics relating to managing anxiety & managing the many emotions of being a mom. She was quite knowledgable in these subjects. She also is a Christian with a strong Biblical foundation, if that is what you are seeking.
