I received several ACMOS balancing sessions from Christophe while I was pregnant and each time I was left feeling lighter and centered. For the majority of the sessions I’m able to meditate while he does what seems like an energetic body scan with his tools. Occasionally he’ll let me know what areas of my body and/or energy are misaligned or out of balance, what factors are contributing to it, and will provide a treatment for it. The treatments so far have ranged from energetic balancing of specific parts of the body, working with essential oils, and stimulating acupressure points. Each time I can feel a subtle but profound shift, even though there’s very little physical contact involved. My experience of these sessions are comparable to acupuncture sessions, where I’m able to access deep relaxation and feel clear afterwards. Christophe is very attuned to the wisdom and language of the body already, but when serving through the system of ACMOS you can tell it’s his zone of genius. He’s straightforward, open-hearted, and dedicated at what he does. Whether you have physical ailments or are looking to just generally decrease stress, I highly recommend Christophe’s sessions!
