If you don't have anxiety and depression before dealing with these people, you will after. They are horrendous at communicating with patients. I had one appointment with them and they sent me for "genetic testing" for medication. I went the day after my appointment for the testing but have heard nothing from them about it. When my primary tried to get those records over a year later, they said the test results were invalid, yet they never called me to let me know. They just blamed me for not coming back in and having the test done again. How in the hell was I supposed to know if you won't let me know? Calls and messages go ignored by these people. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. They have literally the worst skill set for this type of office. They should be ashamed of themselves and their completely unacceptable behavior. The state of California should yank their licenses. I truly despise them.

A two star review is very accurate for this company. Some (not all) of the receptionist seem like that have better things to attend to than their job and it comes across as passive. I had a phone call appt one week ago where I was supposed to be prescribed medicine and my pharmacy has yet to receive it even though I’ve called 3 times to ask. The psychiatrist that I had an appointment with was lovely, though. She listened and seemed to try and actually get an understanding of my needs which is important. However, I would love to have my prescription by now

Avoid this place at all costs. First of all, I never saw Dr. Chaudhri, but instead saw a woman named Debbie (whom I'm unsure is even a doctor). The office is absolutely disgusting--super run-down, messy, and dirty. Not a relaxing or comforting place when you're dealing with anxiety. Every time I tried making an appointment no one ever answered the phone. When someone did (rarely), they put the wrong name down and had a very difficult time understanding me even though I was super clear. Even with an appointment, it took 2+ hours for me to see Debbie. When I finally got to her office, it was incredibly rushed and I felt like they only wanted to prescribe drugs. There was never any attempt at talk therapy. I literally would only be back in her office for 5 mins so she could write a prescription. After 2+ years of going to that office, I am trying to get off one of the prescriptions and I'm going through withdrawal hell. Through research and seeing another doctor, I found out that the drug that I was on is extremely hard to get off. I wish there was a more in-depth conversation from the beginning about my options because I don't think I should have been put on the medication I was.

Hi my name is Corey I've been suffering from anxiety and depression for over 35 years throughout the years I've taken all sorts of different medications, spoke with therapists, and tried all the techniques that the therapists had taught me throughout the years, and none of it worked, none of it helped me. I was at the point of no return I was done I thought maybe I can see one last psychiatrist and see if they would give me the only pill that calmed me down Xanax, but every time you start something new you have to take the barrage of different pills and I was tired of that but someone mentioned TMS in the office when I was on my way out, I decided to look it up online to find out what TMS was and after I read up on it for about an hour I thought, man, that's the only thing that can possibly help me, I was done with the pills and talking to people, so I put it in God's hands I said a prayer that I would be a candidate for TMS, low and behold 10 minutes after I prayed my phone rang and it was Roxy from TMS she said you are a perfect candidate. so we got everything set up and I started going to TMS the following Tuesday, it's been 7 weeks and I have just finished my last session on Tuesday May 16th 2023. I have had no depression, I have had no anxiety for over 3 weeks, my life is still the same but when the things that used to upset me, happen to me again, where before, I would be upset all day long, now because of TMS within 5 minutes I'm back to normal, it's done I have no stress none whatsoever I don't have them butterflies in the chest anymore. I drove over a hundred miles with my 91 year old father, he actually drove and that would have set me over the edge within 15 minutes of driving, but TMS completely removed those butterflies of anxiety in my chest. If it weren't for TMS and my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ I would be a lost cause. Now at church I'm a greeter, and I work in security, which I would have never done before TMS. I couldn't even speak to people after the service I would just be lined right out of there and head home. Now I hang out, talk to people and I am comfortable in my skin once again. it took 35 plus years for me to find something that works and at all due to TMS and the Lord Jesus, performing a miracle in my life. I want to thank Dr Chaudhri, Roxy and Matthew. God bless all that reads this review and may the Lord Jesus give you what he has given me, through TMS. The only reason this office is getting 1 star is because I have to provide a star. I had stopped seeing Dr. Chaudhri over a year ago due to the awful clinic at borrego. When my primary health told me that I had to start seeing a psych again for my medication I had no choice but to go back or to wait months for a new dr. Since Dr. Chaudrhi is with a different clinic I thought it would be better. I’ve had an ok experience overall until recently. He spends 1 minute with me, asks ME if we should change my medication (I’m not a doctor) and my last straw happened last week. I called during business hours in the middle of a crisis. The girl who answered at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. I never heard back from anyone. Seeing as this is a provider dealing with mental health, I couldn’t believe it. If I was being dealt with in this manner I’m sure others are too. It’s negligent. What if I had done something to harm myself? It was indeed an emergency and luckily enough I was able to call an old provider to help me through it. I will be calling the BBB as well as leaving as many reviews as I can to warn patients. I will be running out of my medication before I can even see another provider and unfortunately, that is not enough for me to even see this doctor again. Please be aware.

The single most unresponsive, incapable office I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Go literally anywhere else if you can.

You will call dozens of times, leave voicemails, and never get a call back. You will be handed from provider to provider with no warning. Trying to get a hold of this office is like trying to get blood from a stone.

Dr chaudry in the behavioral health department is absolutely worthless. In fact his lack of care caused my daughters mental health to worsen. He skips out on phone appointments and marks it as a no show, doesn’t refill meds when he says he will and causes stress in his speaking manner which made my daughter feel like she was stupid. Do not see him. We will be looking elsewhere. Giving 1 star because 0 stars is not an option

Terrible office. Refuses to return phone calls. Virtually impossible to arrange appointments. I called three times a week for three solid weeks, phone never answered, no messages returned. Waited six weeks for them to make a single phone call to the pharmacy, and even then, they gave a single fill of medication with zero refills, so I went through the six week ordeal AGAIN.
