My child hasn’t been seen here in months. at one point I had a credit on my account. Had even talked to Rachel the owner who said my account was paid in full. now months later they charge my account. can’t even bother to reach out to me first. so seriously reconsider before handing over your debit cards.

I went to an intake at this counseling center and less than 24 hours later this experience turned into a nightmare. Please find a therapist elsewhere. I do not recommend this place as it’s full of lies and suspect situations. Please check out other therapist as there are much better and not such shady establishments. As you can see they broke confidentiality as they acknowledged my appointment. Shady people and horrible therapist. Rachel needs therapy as her idea of ethics is a joke. Once again, find therapy somewhere else. I was ripped off for $175 and received no return on my investment. UPDATE, even with their reply it’s totes sus and not needed if they were legit. I stand by my statements. THEY HAVE MADE IT TO WHERE THEY REPORT A ONE STAR REVIEW AS FIVE STARS. THIS PROVES THEIR ETHICS. MY RATING IS A ZERO.

Over the course of my life I’ve seen a slew of therapists for early childhood trauma and grief counseling after losing my Aunt who raised me like her own. I believe that finding a good therapist is important and that folks should shop around if they aren’t making actual progress. I shopped through at least 4 therapists before I found Rachel and she has helped me change my life. She’s thoughtful, pragmatic, always up to date on the newest research, and knows how to help you make life-changing connections. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️.

Crystal is great. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would make it past two days in therapy. I’ve tried a few times in the past and have failed at committing. I even convinced myself of not believing in therapy and judging people that used therapy as an escape. I came to a point in my life where I was stuck, lost, not knowing where to turn. I thought I would open my mind and give it another go. I am so glad that I did. I cannot say enough good things about Crystal Hart. She is outstanding, very intelligent and knowledgeable.
She listens. She opens up your mind to places you don’t necessarily want to go to. Yes it can be raw, uncomfortable and emotional. But it’s part of healing. It’s part of the process. I like that Crystal digs deep. With previous therapist I felt like they were just doodling, rolling there eyes inside and waiting for it to be over, waiting for the timer to go off.
She’s different. If your considering therapy, I’d highly recommend her. I haven’t been going for very long and have already been able to tell and feel a difference.
