Didn’t have a good experience with this agency.
Will not be using this next time we visit Vail. The sitter that was sent to us thought that she will put our toddlers to bed early and was a bit annoyed that my kids will not be sleeping that early especially with someone they’ve never met before.
My son fell from the bed and his nose started bleeding, and overall we just didn’t have a good experience.

My family and I called a couple of agencies to find my 5 months old a nanny Monday-Friday 11 am-7 pm for the time of our vacation. The owner Ryan had a family emergency so when he got back to me I already agreed with another agency (Eagle Valley Sitter) was a HUGE mistake! Halfway through my trip, Eagle Valley Sitter said their nanny is sick and only provide me with a half-day nanny. Which means I have to cancel my other ski lessons and dinner reservation. I then called Ryan. He was amazing! He not only helped me find last minute nanny but he sent me a professional!
When I called Eagle Valley Sitter, they want to charge me for cancellation...wait, you can't provide me a service and now you want to charge me?
Thanks to Ryan’s staff I realized the difference between a nanny and a babysitter. Eagle Valley Sitter hires foreign students or part-time employees trying to make extra money on the side. Just because you watch your sibling or your own kids does not make you a nanny! One of the days the nanny texted me while I was at dinner that my baby was crying!!! Most of the time my baby was crying and he didn't finish ANY of his formula. Eagle Valley Sitter wants to charge top dollars ($35 per hour during the day and $55 per hour for overnight) but then sent you a young inexperienced babysitter! On one of the nights Eagle Valley Sitter texted me while I was at dinner that my baby was crying. All of them couldn't wait to go on their break. Few of them were late coming back from breaks. One even tried to get me to pay for their Uber!
Vs the nanny, I got from Ryan. I felt like I got Marry Poppin! I had such a piece of mind. The Nanny knew exactly what she was doing! My baby didn't cry. He drank all his milk. When I got home from my dinner he was sound asleep. The nanny we got from Ryan, Liliana didn't even want to leave for her break.
I highly recommend Care 4 Kids!!!! Thank you for saving me last minute ?

We needed last minute child care and care for kids was able to accommodate us within the hour! Not only was the owner very polite and customer service driven, the care giver exceeded all expectations. I felt confident in her ability to provide a safe and fun environment for my 5 and 6 year old. They had a blast playing and exploring while the adults were able to relax and unwind. I highly recommend care for kids in Vail for any child care needs.

We had an amazing sitter. She went above and beyond. Ryan was fast in helping us secure her right away. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a babysitter for their children. 5 stars all around.
