Update: I have called for a w e e k now. Varying times, all mail boxes are full and various departments. The song is starting to drive me insane, and I am normally an extremely patient person. I’ve sat on the waiting line over and over. Please have better communication or properly staff. This is for the sake of people’s mental health.

I very much enjoy my doctor (Bolton) he’s extremely friendly, listens, and puts me at ease.

However there could be better I suppose the term could be communication on the staffs part. They’re very polite, helpful. I understand the overwhelm, but please clear your voicemails!!! I’ve been with y’all for almost 3 maybe more years… the portal can be poor, so please clear if someone has to get ahold of their doctor or appointments. In the past I’ve had a few issues regarding payment/scheduling/contact/contacting my doctor but it seems to be being rectified.

It sounds as though they have new (?) staff members on the phone and there is a very nice (he sounds younger? 20s-30s) gentleman. I wish I could remember his name.

It was okay until Kristen left. The office people pestered me about payment when I always paid. Then I met Felicia. Unprofessional, lacking any type of interpersonal communication and a liar. I guess she thought because I was a federal probationer she could treat me with disrespect. But Im a working guy and opted to find other counseling who didn't have the federal contract so I would have to foo the bill. Brian my federal P. O. Suggested Solutions located at Starkey and Ulmerton in Largo. I signed on and Diane and Lisa have been great. Was worth getting out of the dismal atmosphere of Ccc

Staff is lovely, they are not the reason for the 2 stars. There is an extreme lack of communication. There's been multiple occasions where I've set an appointment, the time comes, and then it randomly gets cancelled right before the appt is supposed to start.

You will also get cancelled on for non-payment, which would be fair if it weren't for the fact that you do not get sent any invoice or warning WHEN or HOW MUCH you have to pay. Their app (MYIO) doesn't even tell you that you have an appt half of the time, and doesn't tell you what you need to fill out before the appointment.

Their call line frequently hangs up on you, or you're stuck in limbo with Will Pharell's singing coming through the underwater cosmos of a crappy call line speaker - my record time was 1 hour in the queue. This place is a mess, which is sad because their actual staff are very nice.

If I could rate this lower I would. The care team is heavily unqualified for persons needing care. They do things on their time here. As well lack of proper communication and treatment, this facility has added more to my duress than help it. The team is very mean and will berate you if you ask for updates for paperwork, or documentation. As well will discuss about said clients to their peers in the front office. Do not attend here if you care for your mental health, they do not care for you.
They don’t send updates for appointments, they hardly even send documentation for your care, these people are truly evil.

This practice discharged my daughter without any sort of notification at all. Now we are in the unconscionable situation, where she is unable to get a refill for her prescriptions. I cannot recommend finding another option more. This practice is so unsafe and the opposite of their name. Shame on you.

Love my son’s therapist and the staff are nice when you’re in the building, but I have it 3 stars because no one ever picks up the phone.

The counselors are great, so is the Physician Dr.Gill
I’ve tried to make a follow up appointment with Dr.Gill since I think May. I have called and left multiple voicemails because, the front desk staff isn’t picking up. I went in for a counseling session and mentioned “ Hey, I’ve been trying to make an appointment with the Psych doctor no one has called me back.”
They were pleasant and told me they would call me back with availability. They never did until today 11/29. I completely forgot about it. I needed more medication since July if it was some serious meds I would be SOL.
Providers are good but, I don’t know what is going on with their front desk staff. I would suggest self-scheduling options if they are having front desk staff issues. Because, for this reason I’m looking for another Psych doctor when I liked this one very much.

Staff was very organized and attentive during intake. They listened to my situation before assigning me with my therapist.

Highly recommend my therapist Katie, she’s been extremely supportive. She’s taught me coping skills, & helped me find my voice again. She also holds me accountable as well as has been very attentive during sessions. In addition to this she has helped me evaluate my self in areas where I could use personal growth as well. I’m in a very high conflict co parenting situation where keeping peace has become a constant struggle.
Katie has helped me along this struggle, I genuinely appreciate both her time and skills she is teaching me.

I’ve had other therapist in other facilities however Katie by far has been the most reliable, understanding, and grounded specialist I have had.
