Dr. Susan Blankenship is AMAZING!! Her bedside manner is incredible. Both my husband and myself see her. She's never made us feel rushed or like we were just numbers. She speaks TO you and not at you, as many Dr.'s do. She has a great sense of humor and goes above and beyond for us when needed. We are very happy with her and she's an incredible asset to PMS.
In addition all the staff has been friendly as well.

Discriminates against patients that do not fit their own personal standards, belittles people for their problems instead of trying to help them and do not offer the right resources, they do not have your best interest they plan things based on personal beliefs rather than their own degree, do NOT recommend going to this place , you will end up worse !

I needed to establish a new Dr/patient relationship, as I am new to town. The front desk staff was nice, the woman who drew my blood at the end did a great job and was very friendly, however, I came into this appointment with a few serious concerns, (which could potentially be something to be very concerned about)and as I was telling the NP my concerns and trying to ask questions, she seemed very uninterested in what I had to say. I even got emotional because I'm worried, and peri menopausal so my hormones are all over the place. ( I had asked her if she was going to check my hormones and do a hormone panel, she said she saw no need )I told her I was having sharp stabbing pain intermittently where my right ovary is through my back. Nothing. I also tried to tell her my history of bad pap smears and such. She didn't even get my records from my Dr in Colorado. Isn't that extremely important and helpful when a NP sees a new patient I am an animal nurse and the 1st and one of the most important things we do is get history from the owners, any records from a previous veterinarian and do a THOROUGH exam. Honestly, I felt like I was of no concern and the things that I was telling her. I was in and out so fast, and not in a good way. I had several concerns going into this appointment, and not one was addressed. I'll be looking for another doctor to go to. If anything be has any suggestions, please let me know. What boggles my mind is that a NP who is a woman, seeing a woman as a patient who has very valid, possibly serious concerns, and none were addressed. Terrible experience.

I was in town visiting family & was terribly sick from the plane ride & the dry/dusty air. Angela Houston respected my homeopathic lifestyle & gave me excellent advice. I was able to enjoy my trip & the patches for motion sickness were a life saver for the plane ride home. I was so thankful for her expertise! I highly recommend her & may need her again on my next visit!

New to this area and I was given an appt with Angela Houston. Unfortunately she was very arrogant and didn't listen to my concerns. The appointment was very rushed and come to find out (after seeing another dr) she didn't even prescribe me the correct medication for my situation. Very poor bedside manner. Very unfortunate she doesn't consider patients well being. Will not be returning.

I recently moved to the area and needed to establish a primary doctor. Nothing but good things to say about the services they have provided me. Patricia is an awesome doctor and really doesn't make you feel like just another patient. She is very personable and listens to concerns and approaches with solutions. Thanks to all the staff here, you all do an amazing job!!

Employees are super friendly and very helpful. Nurse Jen was great. You couldn't even tell she was drawing my blood or when she gave me shots, and I didn't even get a bruise. Overall, I am very impressed with all the PMS Facilities.

Such an awesome facility. Excellent patient care. Excellent attention from the front desk ladies all the way to the back office. Our provider Aarron is one of the best my mom saw him for the first time. She was so very happy with his care an attention. Highly recommend this facility. Thanking you for being so caring to the patient. My mom is my world Thank you again for an excellent experience.
