I have been trying to get an appointment for four months.

I have gotten as far in the process as I have (multiple intakes) only due to persistent interested counselors.

The administrative staff (excepting Jennifer) is without a doubt the most breathtakingly INCOMPETENT group I have ever encountered.

Four months. When STAFF is not at appointments multiple times. When the purposes of things are not told you. When an appointment of any kind surely does not happen.

Answering the phone, taking messages, calling clients using the computer is TOO HARD.

Move aside your bosses all graduated college so they know how to do all that.

I am done with this org whose whole treatment approach is "Waiting For Godot." The treatment that never arrives. Just like Godot.

Maybe the next phase is I have to leap through a ring of fire swallow a fish.

I won't get an appointment or help.

Don't do business with anyone who treats you like that. I am following my own advice.

I went to this program and am still sober 4 years later. I learned lots of things here. So many people from all over the state of New Mexico came here even people from out of the state attended this program. It’s a really good place to be. It’s a faith based and I recommend it to anyone old. There’s no age limit and you can have your children too.

I highly recommend this place, I went through and graduated. The staff all understands and knows what you’re going through, they are all so helpful and caring. I left knowing who I was and the roots of my addictions. I was also lead to Jesus, who I’ve always known but wasn’t close to. I couldn’t express more gratitude, if you or anyone you know is ready to get clean and stay clean, call and get in!
