I have been going here for years. It is true they get booked up, but I'd guess that's because they have good counselors. They seem to prioritize people who have an emergency situation and new patients.

I schedule well in advance. If I ever have a tough situation I will let them know and they will call me with cancellations to offer me the appointment.

I love my counselor. Jodi is awesome.

I reached for my appt. Front desk lady very rudely said your counselor is off becz of sickness, we are trying to get hold of you from last 2 days, don't know if you have voicemail.
Later I checked I had 2 calls from 1 day before appt and I couldn't pick because of my busy schedule but I also received email to confirm my appt which I accepted; without realizing they might be calling me to cancel/reschedule.
I am accepting my mistake but she could have been polite, people come to get help not to get more headache, not sure if they could have sent message instead
My previous appts with them have been fine and smooth

There is absolutely no empathy or sympathy given when just speaking to the staff. They have very little knowledge or understanding of EAP benefits. I felt it was going to be an horrible experience from the get go, and we were not going to get the support we needed. I decided not to even schedule a consultation.

For those of you who are making the negative posts, I apologize, I'm a board member for this organization. The president of the board is in the hospital and the director is in hospice care. There is a period of reorganization. Your complaints are valid. I can only hope that you can be generous enough to understand the gravity of the situation

This place does not answer their phones, you leave a message and they do not call you back. Just called again and someone picked up phone and hung up. I would recommend going somewhere else because obviously they do not want your business.
