Sam is amazing! Super professional and incredibly knowledgeable, he explains everything in detail with proper terminology and even visually shows me things like muscles and ligaments in 3D! What an amazing experience! I’ve been having hip pain for some time from a small hip labral tear and decided to give Castle a try. Sam was amazing and extremely informative during the entire process making sure I knew what we were doing and what I should continue to do to ensure optimal results. I had never done any type of physical therapy before, and sam made me feel so comfortable! Training for my first marathon, I developed a couple injuries and had major shin splints that were really affecting my overall movement. During the therapy I was prepared and knew exactly what was being done and why. Days later, my legs feel great and I definitely will be going back!

I saw Sam for reoccurring knee pain. He did a thorough examination, explained the reason for my pain and was able to greatly reduce my discomfort with his soft tissue work / body tempering/ and dry needling. I have seen Sam for heel pain, low back pain and knee pain. Regardless the complaint, he always manages to improve my symptoms. Thank you Sam !

A few months ago I tore a muscle on my calf, so a friend referred me to Sam. I could not be more thankful that i decided to make an appointment with him. His treatment techniques and equipment were completely different than any other PT I’ve ever been to. After just one session, I was able to walk without limping a few days later. I love how knowledgeable, honest and professional Sam was throughout the process. He took the time to explain the reason behind every technique he was doing to make sure I understood why he was doing it. He also continued to follow up with me post-treatment to make sure I was healing correctly. I highly recommend Sam and will not go anywhere else next time I have an injury.
