My therapist and I are both prone to running behind sometimes, so I'm happy that I have a therapist who gets when I'm running behind. She is super understanding and proactive and extremely patient with me when I fail to check out my homework. She never makes me feel like a failure or a burden and always knows what to say to make me feel seen and heard. I've been through loads of therapists and Kelly Harmon is by far the first person who has given me some semblance of hope and treats me like I'm a good person. The receptionist here AND at the Biloxi office are super kind and professional. I wish I could give Catalyst Counseling more than five stars.

This is absolutely the best counseling I have ever received. The staff is super amazing and so caring they truly make you feel like they aren't just doing a job but it's a passion for them. For some reason when u try to pull the location up on maps it will tell you to pass it up then make a u turn so just know they are right on the corner!

the space is decorated really nicely, and they give out snacks in the waiting room. They have ambience to block out conversations and my therapist is real cool.

My experience was awful. It didn't feel like therapy anymore. I felt like I was being interrogated. I let my therapist know that I didn't understand what she was asking and she rolled her eyes and said she wasn't taking an "I don't know" as an answer. Although, I do know some things she can't help me with and it's my responsibility to help myself, but being pushy and demanding shouldn't be the way to go about it in therapy. This therapy session made me more anxious than it did any good. I held a pen and paper for next 30 mins of our session crying with little to no help of where to go from there. Confused and lost when all I needed was guidance.

I cannot say enough about Catalyst! Our paths crossed at a point in time in my life when my worst fear had come true. Mrs. Windsor has not only helped me to make sense of a few troubling issues but she has helped me to understand and work through my trauma. I had almost given up on myself and Catalyst helped me to remember that I am equally as important as the the people I put ahead of me. I was reminded that I am my purpose for living; I had forgotten this concept and was extremely grateful for the reminder. The environment is warm, safe, inviting and free of judgment. I recommend Catalyst to anyone in search of working on your mental well being! Btw, Monique makes all the difference when waiting for Mrs. Windsor, she is amazing! I look forward to our conversations just as much!✊🏾

My daughter was going here and missed an appointment and got discharged. I left multiple messages and they never got returned. I was going to leave it alone but they decided to respond to my one star rating with this is a fake review......so that speaks for itself........it should be noted that they have changed their response to my review three times to try to make it look different than it is. Would not recommend.

I've always been skeptical of speaking to therapists ,but I've had the best experiences at Catalyst. The atmosphere alone creates a calm and pleasant feeling and the people are wonderful. Instantly comfortable walking in the door! I highly recommend Catalyst for adults,teenagers, and kids!
