I just had the best results from my physiotherapy at CBI Byron. Jon M and his staff were great at helping me through a lower back issue.
Jon was so good at explaining my problem to me and slowly guiding me out of my pain.
With the help of Jon and his staff I progressed quickly.
If a problem arises again I will definitely return here for assistance.

I had Jon M as my physiotherapist 5 years ago after a car accident. He helped me to walk again and be able to use my hand again. I had to see him 3 times a week for months and in all that time he was encouraging, professional and kind. I decided to see him again this year when my hand started to bother me again. He has been amazing in his support and he always explains everything to me. I highly recommend Jon if you need physio therapy.

I have been to see Jon several times over the last few years. I have always found him to be knowledgeable, kind and efficient. My latest series of visits was after my hip replacement. There was only one therapist I trusted to get me back to active and that was Jon. He asked me what I wanted to be able to do again. It’s been four and a half months since surgery. I am back to walking, biking, swimming, and playing badminton. Thank you Jon.

Exceptional care! After breaking my ankle, Jon McIntosh guided me expertly from being non-weight bearing in a boot to walking again and back to playing basketball. Jon is the best ever in his profession! He was able to pinpoint the exact spot of pain on my back. He conducted a thorough assessment, and I felt confident in his expertise and approach. He recommended continuing with him for the next 8 weeks, one session per week, which I did without hesitation. I must also mention his team; they are just like him, with perfect morale and customer care! I feel fortunate to know him and receive treatment from such a great team.

Everyone on the staff is so friendly and are always so supportive towards their patients- they made attending physiotherapy something that I looked forward to!!

I started seeing Jon after I had just had surgery to repair the ligaments in my knee. He was so helpful with the entire post-op process and was very knowledgeable about the entire recovery process. He was able to help me get my custom fit knee brace so that I could advance in my healing process and was very helpful throughout the entire time I saw him.

I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for physiotherapy. I really enjoyed my time there and will miss the staff greatly!
