I called to see if they took my insurance. They assured me they did. On the first appointment, they asked it they could charge the card on file. I agreed. During the 2nd (last) appointment, my daughter was having a hard time, and I was worried we were going to miss as she did not want to go. I called to let them know I was trying to get her in the car but may miss. They told me if we missed, it would be $100 fee. I ended up getting her there late, but she left the appointment after 10 minutes in her session. They did not ask, and charged my card. I am now receiving an invoice stating they are out of network, and I have to pay the full amount. I will not be surprised if they charge my card without my consent. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE, let alone family with mental health issues. They will make them worse!

My experience with the psychologist was great. The issue I have is the fact that they told me the day of my appointment they would let me know before my bill comes off of my card and they also told me that I would be able to do payment arrangements if needed. Exactly one week after my appointment they tried to take money from my card, then the very next week they tried to take almost $500 off of my card with no warning whatsoever. When I called to ask about payment arrangements today they said that even though they told me less than one month ago that I could make payment arrangements, they changed their policy and can no longer do payment arrangements. This is after already getting $1400 from my insurance company. So I had to cancel my diagnosis appointment and will not be able to get my diagnosis til it is paid in full. So please, if you already have anxiety or any other mental issues go somewhere else that will not tell you one thing and not honor it. It is hard enough to finally go somewhere to get this kind of help.

Fabulous! Dr. Lawson is personable and kind and the counselor Krisana Saucedo has been great. So glad we were referred to this clinic.

Horrible! Instead of calling to let me know I owe 200.00 they automatically took it out of my account!! I don't mind paying you but jesus christ call someone first and tell them you don't just automatically withdraw 200.00! Absolutely inconsiderate and unprofessional. Shame on you!

We were very happy with Dr. Lawson's counseling services. Our son is getting ready to start college, but has been unsure of what major to declare. Doing the Highlands Assessment and getting feedback and coaching from Dr. Lawson helped him identify his natural abilities and the contexts where he would most likely excel, as well as some of his personal preferences and the situations where he would be most fulfilled. After this session, he feels more confident about his decisions and direction moving forward. This gives us all more peace of mind at this time of transition and new beginnings.

Service was okay - the doctor was the only positive experience. They did not use my pronouns even though I wrote it down and verbalized I use they/them pronouns. I constantly had billing issues with them and they were not willing to work with me on a clear payment plan. They just referred to legal paperwork to avoid actually working with me. I'm also in the process of seeing if they broke the no surprises act because I was very surprised with my bill. When I called to talk to the office for the second month in a row I was interrupted several times on the phone and then the office lady used my words against me "don't interrupt me". When I asked to be emailed the documents she continued to refer to she laughed at me. When I called her out on her unprofessionalism, she didn't even skip a beat "I actually think im doing a good job". She met me with disrespect and unprofessionalism. No grace, empathy, or respect was provided from desk staff.

I loved working with DR. Lampton. He really took the time to listen to me and actually cared about what I was saying. He helped me a lot to resolve problems in my life.
