Adriana was a wonderful receptionist. This is a great company to refer clients too! She took time out her day to research my questions. She checked and looked up obscure insurance. She as up front about prices and possible payments. Really really great customer service!

I scheduled an appointment here with Susan Kilpatrick. The receptionists were extremely professional, polite, and patient! The office itself is beautiful and clean, and located rurally near Bentonville. I arrived early to fill out the paperwork, and was asked to wait in the lobby. I waited until 15 minutes later than my scheduled appointment, then checked with the receptionist to make sure I had the time right. She confirmed and called Ms. Kilpatrick, who wasn’t even in the building and hadn’t called in. I decided to go home. As I was getting in my car, the receptionist ran out and said Ms. Kilpatrick had arrived, but I no longer felt that there would be a professional foundation and stuck with my decision to leave. The next day I called to make sure I wasn’t charged for the “visit,” and the receptionist once again was absolutely professional, courteous, apologetic, and gracious. That being said, when I asked if there was a reason Ms. Kilpatrick was late the day before, I was told she never gave a reason and that perhaps she got stuck in traffic? I will not be rescheduling, though there are several other professionals at the center and the customer service from the front desk was wonderful.

Staff is kind and and their evaluations and services are thorough! The biggest downside is the wait list for new patients, it can be quite long.

Jonna McCutcheon is an amazing therapist. She has helped me tackle everything from my anxiety and depression to my CBPD. She uses a wide range of techniques to help you learn coping skills to be a better person.

Dr. Virginia Krauft helped with some family psych stuff that needed to be done. She was diligent in her work and it could be seen through her work that she is very knowledgeable and experienced. Very thankful for her help in our family, highly recommend.

The idea of therapy frightened me for many years. 3 years ago I finally googled and came across Center for Psychology. The therapists all have bios/interests on the website which really helped me make the decision to pick Susan Kilpatrick. After my first appt with her and being in that safe inviting environment, Susan and the other therapists/staff have created, I knew I had made the best decision of my life. The experience I've had with my caring therapist has been nothing short of transformative and I implore anyone afraid to take that first step to check out this website, their bios, find your person and give it a chance. You'll not regret it.
