This place is so irresponsible! I love my Dr and therapist, which is why I’m still dealing with Centerstone! I’m currently out of meds and have left 3 voicemails, emailed the case manager twice, my therapist put in a request and 3 people from the call center put in request to the nurse. I have stressed the importance of running out of my meds several times and a week later I’m still waiting for a callback! They don’t allow you to speak to anyone, your only choice is to leave messages for the nurse who NEVER calls back! They also make appointments without my knowledge then say I was a no show.it’s extremely hard to get ahold of anyone there and the call center employees are the only people you are allowed to speak with. This place is a mess and dangerous for mental health patients at times because of the irresponsibility, lack of care and disorganization.A man named Poz went out of his way today and a nurse called me back

Dr. Joan Davis is very knowledgeable and provides an understandable treatment plan. She is a compassionate and caring provider. Includes support person in care when appropriate. Very responsive to inquiries. I have extreme confidence in her and appreciate her empathy. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing her services.

Jacklyn Stump is deserving of many thanks and kudos for being such a great person to talk to. She listens and also hears what I'm talking to her about. I hope she never leaves Centerstone. I hope Centerstone knows how fortunate they are to have her there.

I was a patient about two years ago, I'm based in Orlando so everything I've experienced is over the phone and through video calls. The staff has always been so knowledgeable and done everything they could to help me out! I'm just now starting again due to some life changes and I'm glad came back. Shout out to Stephanie for all she did with getting me started! She was transparent and knowledgeable, while doing everything she was able to to help my situation. Thanks again!

These people make everything worse. They never answer the phone, they change and cancel appointments with no notice and just want to feed you pills. Also the therapist are like a revolving door. This place makes you want to unalive yourself or choose violence.

On and off, but every time I need her she’s there for me thanks to Centerstone.

Took over a month to become a client when begging for someone to counsel me. Then finally called to set up an appointment and sent the link via email the day of call, a week before appointment, when my appointment time arrived I was on the phone trying to talk to my therapist with no answer. And when I finally called and talked to her 10 minutes after my appointment time she would NOT counsel me instead tried to make me feel like an idiot for not finding the link from the week priors email, instead of doing my appointment 10 minutes late she wanted to reschedule for 2 weeks away… not very good therapists at this place! Thanks Gillian but if I would have came in person I wouldn’t have been talked to on time either…

Contacting Centerstone's central telephone number is impossible. The call tree sends me out to an eternal loop, every time I call. Email or in person visits to address scheduling and care questions seem to work fine. Telephoning is useless.
