I’ve been going here for years now. The front office ladies are always super sweet and helpful. I recently saw the nurse practitioner, Kim McCabe and was overwhelmed with her professionalism and thoroughness. She didn’t seem rushed and did an exam even though I was just there for labs. Just above and beyond wonderful! I couldn’t recommend her more. 5 stars all around!

I have witnessed the staff being berated and treated so poorly, yet it is those same workers that kept me going to Central Clinic. Upon my last visit, I will not go into details, but I was spoken poorly about right in front of me while chastising the nurses and front staff for assisting me. Regardless of any mistakes made, the behavior and rebuking of the staff that keep the place running was unacceptable and inappropriate. Situations that arise
should be handled in a more professional manner. It is no wonder Central Clinic has such a huge turnaround in regard to keeping employees around. I will never recommend Central clinic based off the inappropriate, cold hearted demeanor widely displayed in front of me and other patients. The woman berating the others and talking poorly about me openly, did not even have the courage to look at me as I spoke to try and rectify the situation. A woman with a heart of ice surrounded by workers of warmth and compassion is not a woman I want treating my medical issues.

Today was my second visit to see my new PCP, Dr. Luis Silva. Dr. Silva is a very pleasant and professional, I would recommend him to anyone, in fact my wife told my father-in-law today just how much I admire Dr. Silva. The office staff also very pleasant, Alexis and I am so sorry I just forgot the name of the other, she is so quiet but very accommodating. Marie was my nurse today, she was so sweet. Everyone in the office are extremely nice, they make me feel so comfortable, just walking down there hallways everyone acknowledges me, which should be a common practice, but I have been to other doctors and this is not the case. I am so happy I found Central Care Clinic and Dr. Silva.

I have had Dr. Poonam as my PRIMARY CARE for several years. She has always been very supportive, caring and at the same time very up to date with the medical field. I feel very comfortable in her care.
The staff is amazing.

My first experience at this Clinic. Everyone courteous. It took longer than usual to see the Dr. POONAM, (approximately 1 hour ( but it was a pleasant experience. She was professional, friendly and thorough.

This review is for Caylleigha who works the front desk. She was rude and of very little help! I made this appt about a month ago and was looking forward to meeting the doctor who has good reviews on here. Unfortunately, Caylleigha was trying to get me to pay $180 for the visit. I kindly explained that all annual/preventative care visits are covered at 100% by my insurance. I even called the insurance while there and had the agent tell her over the phone, but she refused to acknowledge it. She gave the agent her reference # and interestingly enough the agent could not find it. Caylleigha had a poor attitude and kept arguing that this was not an "annual visit", but a new patient visit and that they were different. I have NEVER had to pay a co-pay for a regular check up! Clearly she did not want to be wrong or was filing under the wrong code, who knows! I wasn't going to stand there and argue about it. If they're already trying to collect funds when I know I shouldn't have to pay, it is not a good start. Be careful peeps and know your coverage because clearly you can't always count on office staff to know what they're doing!

ETA: This review is from 8/2023. I went to Phoenix Medical doctor’s office instead. Much more pleasant experience and didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket. The fact this office tried to collect funds is sketchy, especially when I had my insurance rep tell them I was covered.

Had my first visit last week with the nurse practitioner. She was super sweet very approachable listen to all my concerns. The couple times that I've had to call because of my pharmacy giving me a hard time the nurse / medical assistant has responded to me in a timely manner and has followed through to fix things with the pharmacy. As of right now all I have is good things to say about this office.
