I was looking for a CBT therapist in the area, and I connected to Shane Repmann through Psychology Today. He scheduled me for the following day due to the situation I was dealing with at the moment. Many other therapists I reached out to didn't even get back to me. He is very compassionate and professional. Highly recommended...terrific therapist.

Neurofeedback completely got rid of my negative thoughts, increased my attention span, improved my social relationships, helped me manage the attitude necessary to hold a job/go to school, and made me stable enough to accomplish my lofty ambitions. I started noticing benefits right after the first session, and about every 10 sessions thereafter I noticed incremental improvements to my mental health and well-being. 40 sessions I would say is when I really started being myself and started talking to the camera for my YouTube channel. 60 sessions was another milestone when I remember feeling overwhelmingly happy and I kind of plateaued around the 70-80 mark but ended up doing 120 for good measure. Talking to Shane is the best way to determine what's the best treatment for you, but if you want a silky smooth brain that doesn't have barbed wires and fences all around its perimeter, I would highly recommend Central Jersey Neurofeedback.

I finished my treatment (7-8 months, twice weekly) with Shane several months ago, and so can speak to the long lasting benefit of this treatment. I found Shane extremely professional, while, at the same time, having a very warm, personable and funny relationship with me. I very highly recommend neurofeedback; it seems strange, but it really works. His diagnostic skill in tailoring the neurofeedback to my specific issue was fascinating and easy to track by looking at the test results. Do it. You'll be glad you did, and Shane is the correct person to explain it all to you.

Life changing! I have only done a few sessions and the transformation is remarkable already. I was having a lot with memory and focusing as well and now I feel like Bradley Cooper in Limitless or Scarlet Johansson in Lucy and I have only begun to scratch the surface. Shane is the ultimate professional when it comes to Neurofeedback. Neurofeedback has helped me to have balance in my life. My mind is more at ease than it’s ever been. This was a most positive experience. Central Jersey Neurofeedback offers a very good environment for this type of therapy. Shane was personable and professional. Neurofeedback helped greatly for wife in reducing anxiety and getting to sleep, and for me it helped with my attention, focus, memory and sleep. Recommend !!

I've been so fortunate to find Central Jersey Neurofeedback for it's really improved both of my son's anxiety and overall temperament.
