This was my first time doing any kind of hypnotherapy so I went into this with a little speculation, but I agreed to do it because of how much great feedback I had heard about her from multiple people. Where do I begin? I suffered depression, anxiety, anxiety attacks, and PTSD for 9 years and saw multiple therapist & doctors. Tried everything. Self help books and techniques. But it wasn’t till Ilah that I actually began to make a dent in my mental health. Like really. I'd been trying to quit smoking for 13 years. Right after I found out my wife was pregnant with my son. Pills. Cold turkey. Patches. Vapes. Gum. Everything. Nothing worked. To be clear, I NEVER considered hypnosis...I kinda thought it was kooky... But I was losing my mind and willing to try anything so I gave CVH a shot.

Three months now. No smokes. Still think about it, but less and less. Can come back for another session any time I want, and I will. It's not a miracle, it's a process, but it worked when nothing else did.
