Andrew and Heather went above and beyond in helping me plan a thoughtful day retreat for some old friends reconnecting. Andrew is someone I will always stay in touch with after this experience. He is a truly special person who loves to share his talents and gifts, and you can feel that from the moment you meet him. Becca is an amazing yoga instructor. We were all levels of experience and she effortlessly catered simultaneously to all of us! It was such a great experience!

I love massage!
Both Shari & Cong are wonderful therapists.
I also enjoyed reflexology with Tara.
I even got ambitious one Saturday & joined Andrew for meditation.
I can not recommend this spa enough.
They provide essential services for today’s hectic world.

In my experience, the co-owner ( not Andrew) was very unprofessional and brought her personal life into the professional field. The back and forth series of events with her was exhausting. Save your money.

All we talked about was stuff that had nothing to do with why I needed therapy, great person but not on the right path of what they are there for. Also the companies policies are ridiculous and make it super stressful to work with, on top of feeling and dealing with mental health problems it’s a red flag.

Both the yoga and the meditation were incredible. I felt the yoga was energizing for all - really felt great! Also, learning how to meditate and breathe was something I'll use for life - Andrew was very inspiring!

Unlike any massage I’ve ever had! It felt like a treatment tailored to my needs - physically, mentally, and emotionally. Coming from someone who isn’t comfortable with their body, I felt so at ease. Which, in turn, helped me relax even more and let go.
