I cannot recommend Carol Kim enough. I came in as a tired, guilt-ridden, depressed, and anxious mama to young kids, and Carol's guidance has been one of the biggest blessings in my life.

Looking back on our journey, she's not only helped me understand my darker days, but she's helped me understand so much of my story, my trauma, and what moving toward "health" truly looks like. Today, I can honestly say my body feels physically lighter, my headspace is so much better, and my hard days are welcomed with a lot more grace. She is truly incredible in her work.

I have seen several therapists throughout my life. It’s very difficult to find a therapist that listens but yet gives you feedback. Also, someone that’s interactive and also has a comfortability about them that makes you want to open up more.
I’ve only gone to one session so far but I saw Jenna yesterday. I cannot remember the young lady at the front desk but so far my interaction here has been top-tier.
I had to cancel my first two appointments because of healthcare issues. Nonetheless,
they still were very polite/professional, and had empathy for my situation. I’m so glad that I finally made it there, because Jenna was very warm and inviting,
professional, and gave great feedback. I look forward to many more sessions with her and establishing with Charis Counseling. I can definitely tell this was the correct decision as far as going here for Therapy.

I’m so grateful that I found Michelle! She is such a kind, honest, insightful, and helpful person to talk with and I’d recommend her to anyone who’s ready to make a difference in their lives.

Michelle does such a great job of making you feel at ease when talking with her while still giving you constructive advice and strategies to reach the goals that you want.

I’ve felt such a positive shift in my mindset and decrease in my stress levels just since starting to work with her six months ago.

I have been going to Sandra for several years now! She has been the best thing to happen to me. I never thought I would be able to feel peace during this healing journey and she has gotten me to that point. I feel free. She is such a beautiful soul and person.
