Always good til lately dr without notice cut my meds by like 2 1/2 days ran out. I have extreme pain in my back, spine. These pills only work if I take them before the start of pain, if I forget to take them I know it. Other than the dr. I have always had excellent care. I personally think he should have told me he was cutting my pills down. The front desk and the nurses are excellent. Always there to listen and understand your pain

I have been more pleased with Dr. Arcos and his staff than any other pain mgmt specialist I have seen. He has helped me so much. His staff is very pleasant and easy to deal with. I especially like Marci. I would recommend them to anyone dealing with chronic pain.

Have been going there for a couple of years, staff was VERY FRIENDLY, DR Bentley was an understanding and wonderful DR. I haven't met this new Dr yet , so far he has changed my prescription pills to a lower grade, and there not helping at all, now I am living in pain, so I have decided if I have to live like this,I might as well stop taking any pills at all, so I have quit. I will still visit the clinic and get there opinion and give this new staff a chance, and hope for the best.

I have been going to Charlotte pain management center for many many years. I have seen a lot of changes over the years but the one thing that always stays consistent is the level of care that I receive.
They have to be the nicest group of people. I always feel heard and any issues are always addressed immediately. Things have been pretty bad trying to get medication lately but they go above and beyond to help you get what is needed.
I can't say enough about what a great place to be able to go for my medical care. Thanks a million to Tina for helping me get through the difficult times. You are definitely an asset to CPMC. She's so compassionate and understanding and knows always exactly the best way to help. Thanks Tina...

I no longer go to Charlotte pain management after 13+ years. There's a new doctor that took over July of 2024. He doesn't believe in pain medicine. He thinks pretty much it's all in our minds. He wants all patients of any type of pain medication and to start doing injections for pain management instead. I've done them in the past and was almost paralyzed during a X-ray guided injection at a surgery center. Tried again in the office and had no relief. Most people I talk to say they don't help or maybe just for a week of slight relief.
I would not go back if the same doctor is still there or until they change their ways.
Please if you're in a lot of pain don't go there...
