I had a telehealth appointment with this therapist. She called me from inside her vehicle, advising that she was on the way to the office. ( Okay cool..tbings happen and we all rin behind at times) 15 minutes into the seasion, I realized that she was not in the vehicle alone ( I heard several people speaking in the background) The camera then cuts off as she begins having technical difficulties. As she's proceeds to have session in a car full of people she's addressing me by name..Major HIPPA violation. She's proceeds to advise me reading from a book getting distracted again by the people inside her vehicle and having to start over.
Normally when I have a bad experience with a therapist, I would just find another provider but this was too unprofessional to leave unmentioned.
Two weeks has also gone by..I was hoping that she made an attempt to rectify the situation prior to leaving a review. No follow-
up was made. I will not be returning.

Saying this was not my experience and apologizing for me feeling this way is absurd. As a professional why provide such a gas lit response. You know that this WAS my experience. Had you shown integrity and offered a resolution as simple as an apology, I would have deleted this review.
