Child Support Enforcement Office

I have never had so many issues. I have told them multiple times that I DO NOT want any help from my youngest dad and they still go after him. Now after 5 years of no contact he is contacting me. Then from my ex husband my divorce papers says as long as they have arkids he doesnt have to keep medical on them but child support is trying to go after him for medical.

I was wondering. If someone accused you of being the father. Forged your named on the birth certificate without dna proof and ran to benton,Arkansas. Can I sue for pay garnishment and for forgery and falsified documents? im trying to make Tiffany Sanders Grey take dna test. case # 677215614 but she keep dodging the system

These guys are brutal if you're a father. I have primary custody of my daughter and they are still making me pay back state assistance that her mother fraudulently claimed years ago. A single father trying to work hard and care for his child barely stands a chance with these people. It's not their fault, the laws are just unfair towards fathers.

The only person who is semi friendly is the receptionist up front. But aside from all of that, my biggest problem I have with them is their "wall of shame" boars they have hanging in office. Not only do they have all the latest so called "dead beat dads" posted up for all to see their private busines, they have one in the center framed. A man that got sentenced to 10 years in prison for failing to pay child support. Now I'm not saying he wasn't in the wrong and needed to be brought to justice, but I don't believe his justice should be glorified like they just captured "the uni-bomber" or something. Be professionals and respectful at least for a better image. I understand it's all "public records" and anyone can look it up, but why not let the ones who want to know look it up instead of broadcasting people's business to the public like that.

The worst set of caseworkers I have ever seen. They treat the deadbeat fathers better than they do the actual mother seeking help from the government to obtain child support for their children. Hands down Saline County Office of Child Support Enforcement is the worst

Very friendly ladies. They need to lock up the owners of Razorsharp carwash! They refuse to send payments in for their deadbeat dads that work for them!!! And I love the deadbeat mom and dad board they have in the office! The judges should make these losers stand on the courthouse lawn wearing signs saying what losers they really are! Making babies and not taking care of them, should be an heinous crime and these losers should be punished accordingly!!

These people were always more worried about the payer and not me who filed for child support. They did everything they could to get him off just because he didn't have a job. Which is his fault. I finally gave up and they canceled it without my concent paper. Ridiculous.

Wonderful they are helping me get my childsuport raised on my sons dad from 14 dollars ? a week to hopefully more I can't Suport are son alone in AR why his dad lives in Indiana sending the bare minimal and hasn't called or attempted to see ARE son in three years...
