Waited a month for an appointment , got one at 7 am. Still waiting over 2 hrs to get called. When dozens of people are being called in before, to be told they are from the previous week that they couldn’t help since they got behind.
Why bother getting an appointment.

The service is very bad. Be careful that they do not send the documents by fax and the case takes longer than normal. Please go to another office and don't waste time there.

The person in the door doesn't let ask questions to the representative in the from desk, she say :you need to have an appointment. IT IS THE ONLY location that you need an appointment to ask question .I don't recommend this place
