After not hearing back for days on end from Paula Carnley, she finally called me today with an attitude to speak over me. When I requested to speak with a supervisor she told me she would “love to”, then hung up. I called back about 10 times and received no answer or call back. This call was placed to me at 4:18 pm on 03/23/23. I’d love for a supervisor to review this call and contact me regarding these concerns.

You know when someone calls and the computer hangs up on you I think you have a problem...I really hate it when I have to call this place because NO ONE DOES THERE JOB THEY GET PAID TO DRINK COFFEE AND LAUGH AT ALL OF US WHO NEED A LITTLE HELP. And giving them 1 star is way to much on a scale of 1 to 10....1 being the worst and 10 being the best I would give this place a -10 and that's being nice. You know if they didn't want to help people then why become social workers that is what they are there for

You can’t talk to anyone when you call all you get is dang computers now days! What do the ppl that work there get paid for? Certainly not to answer questions!!! Call the customer call center....that’s a freaking JOKE!!!!!!
