I have called 137 times. No exaggeration. Each call is between 3-4 minutes each trying each option to talk to someone. Last time I had to drive an hour there. Make appointment in person. Wait for 5 hours for appointment. Then they were late so waited another 40m to be seen and it in 5 minutes. While I was in the office I called the number 5 times heard no ring. No one answered while I was in there. Lady at desk was just on her personal phone. I even verified I had the correct number. So I think they have the ringer turned off or unplugged. The website is not letting me complete my application. I click buttons and they light up but nothing happens. So now I have to go in person to make another appointment. I'll be filing a complaint to the city

Lazy workers. Never answer the phone. Been denied for Medicaid for almost a year with no reasoning why even a worker said it doesn’t make sense cause I turned my paperwork in within SECONDS!

Angela at the front desk was very rude and would not answer questions properly. I have been bringing clients to this office for years and you all have gone downhill significantly. The old front desk attendant was the most helpful woman! She was a blessing... Angela however was the direct opposite and was very nasty in her responses. She became friendly only after I requested her name... What's going on with this agency these days?

Absolutely no help.
Huge line going out the door.
One employee at the entrance and one seeing clients and one behind a locked door.
This seems to be a continuous issue with this office.
They are understaffed but don't have any jobs available.
One other thing....Noone seems to be concerned with the lack of privacy every client has to deal with.

I have been calling for over 15 days to do my interview and I can't get a person to answer the phone. The web site won't let me see everything with my case except that they closed my case. I try to renew my case and it tells me I already have done it, and won't let me do anything like renew it again or make changes or anything. This is ridiculous. they can handle volume any other time, now all of a sudden they can't handle it? Yeah right. And the phone number they give you to call on the recording is for card services ( replacement cards, activating cards, etc ) has nothing to do with anyone's case.

Spoke to Juan supposedly a floor supervisor they mis spelled my address and switched a zip number around so I haven't received my card in 2 weeks. Now it's going to take another 2 weeks to get my card because they don't know the us mail has a overnight option. Juan would not give me his last name or his boss's name or his position or a number to contact him he also would not tell me the address they have on file. Juan is at most good for delivering news papers and nothing more how he got a supervisor job with our government is really a mystery. Thanks for outsourcing to people who have no idea what they are doing or how to help people in a position where people need help!

Just awful. You have to put up a fight just to talk to a real person when you call. Sometimes it even says all operators are busy at this time and hangs up on you! Then the real people are so overwhelmed and overworked that they are just plain mean. I am always polite in the phone so when someone gets mean to me, I get really upset. Took me a year to get through to them regarding my handicapped child and it's still not resolved. Our government should be ashamed.
