Shavonne and Childrens World Therapy has helped my son excel to new heights, when it comes to his speech and language skills. She is very patient, hands on and inviting. She builds a good rapport with children and families allowing them to feel comfortable while working with her. My son has been on her caseload for some years now. She truly knows how to keep him engaged and speaking without him even realizing it at times. She creates a interactive, fun and welcoming environment. I highly recommend her services you will not be disappointed!

Children’s World Therapy has been such a blessing in both myself and my son’s lives.. Miss Shavonne is an exceptional speech therapist, who goes above and beyond for her kids. She is warm, kind and focuses on the well-being of her kids as a whole, and not only their speech delay; which makes her stand out to me above every other therapist my son has worked with. My son started therapy with her about one year ago and the progress his has made is amazing! My child is now able to speak in full sentences, respond to questions being asked, maintain eye contact majority of the times and his echolalia has significantly decreased. These are only a few of the highlights of his success working with Miss Shavonne so far. My son most definitely has a road ahead of him, but because of Children’s World Therapy, he has gained a voice that no one can silence…. Literally ?
I am beyond happy with the progress my son has made and grateful for the love, kindness and support that Miss Shavonne has shown both myself and my son.

I have a special needs daughter and Children’s World Therapy provides her speech sessions. The therapist is very patient and compassionate. She does an outstanding job with my daughter, even when my daughter behaves difficult at times. As sessions continues I am pleased to see my daughter progress.
