Child Time has been a part of my family’s journey for the past nine years, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the love, care, and dedication the teachers have shown to my children. I’m now on my third child attending this center, and each of my kids has thrived under their care. The teachers are compassionate, attentive, and committed to helping children reach developmental milestones. Thanks to the curriculum and nurturing environment at Child Time, 2 of my girls have been well-prepared for kindergarten.

I firmly believe that parenting starts at home, but the support provided by the staff at Child Time has been an incredible complement to my efforts. They genuinely care about the children’s growth and learning, and it shows in everything they do. I also appreciate the transparency of the center—I’ve always had access to updates through their app and video monitoring, which gives me great peace of mind.

While I understand there are some negative reviews, I can only speak from my personal experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend Child Time. This center has been a consistent, positive influence in my children’s lives, and I will continue to support the dedicated teachers and staff who have played such an important role in their growth. Thank you, Child Time, for all you do!

my little cousin is two years old and was not being supervised while outside , her and 2 other toddlers were able to get out of the gates and away . A UPS driver found the babies and brought them back to they daycare . Staff had no reconciliation of the children being gone and the mother was not notified of the incident until hours after the fact . When asked to see footage , they required her to come down and view it , in the footage a pole is covering the camera so barely any of the incident was caught on camera .they changed their story two times first saying they found the children outside but then revealed a ups driver did . I have a 2 month old son and places like this are the reason I’m so scared to leave my child anywhere . Don’t leave your children here .they clearly do not watch them how they need to be

Would not recommend leaving your child here if you actually care for their safety and well being my child was able to escape the gate on the play yard and be in the parking lot for X amount of time (they showed me "footage" of her getting out of the gate. There was a pole blocking the camera view so I couldn't see any of it I never even got to see my child be brought back in from the parking lot) I was originally told it was really quick and the staff brought the kids back in the facility from the parking lot. But when I seen the footage and didn't see anyone bring my daughter back because they only showed me 3 minutes of footage that didn't even show the Peking lot they got out to or them actually getting out of the gate. I asked when did someone bring my child back and who grabbed her I was THEN told for the first time a WEEK after the incident that a UPS driver that just happened to make a deliver there seem the kids and brought them back in. I don't understand if 2 staff memebers were outside how did they not realize 3 were missing. They are required to do a checklist every morning on the play yard and whoever did it didn't notice the gate was unlocked. And the teachers did not notice the kids playing with and opening the gate. Not to mention my child is 2 and barely speaks. This happened during a.m. play time and they didn't alert me until 3pm. I feel like they are trying to cover up how long the children where in the parking lot they are on a busy street I just thank god for placing that UPS worker right there because this could've been a horrible outcome.

Our infant son has been going to Childtime for four months. The staff and facility is amazing and we never worry about our son when he is with them. You can see the love and attention in everything they do. We have supportive local family, but grandparents do what grandparents want to sometime. We never have to worry about the staff at Childtime following any instructions or respecting our decisions for our son. Childtime helps to reduce any stress or anxiety about being separated from our son. My neighbor takes his sone to Childtime in Elk Grove and when we signed up he got a free week for the referral. Now I tell all my friends about Childtime too.

We absolutely LOVE this place! Both my girls have been coming to Childtime since my oldest (now 6) was a baby. The staff is loving and give lots of care in what they do. The teachers are so sweet and allow the kids the freedom to grow with confidence on thier own, yet they are right there to lend a helping hand when needed. The lunches and snacks are always nutritional and great tasting to the kids. My youngest (she's 4) comes home everyday with fun stories and great art work! I really feel confident in knowing and saying that any child that attends Childtime will always feel loved and have a good family feel while here. It really is a family enviroment! Playtime is always fun for them and learning is a great experience because they don't even know they are being taught. They just think the teachers are playing with them. It's great!! They are really teaching my daughter and getting her prepared for Kindergarten. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making my babies feel welcomed, loved and most of all part of your lives.

My granddaughter, aged 2 years and 6 months, has been at Childtime of Elk Grove since she turned 2 in April of this year. Due to the kindness, the care and the overall ambience of a a happy and motivating group of teachers, support staff and administration, I am very content to leave her there in their care every day. There has not been a day that she has come home unhappy; instead she is always a ball of happy energy with lots to chatter about in the car on the way home. I look forward to dropping her off and seeing how excited she is to see her teachers and friends.
Thank you to everyone at Childtime in Elk Grove for all you do.

My daughter had a horrible experience at this school. Every scar on her body is from injury she sustained from this school with nobody knowing what happened or how she sustained the injuries, which gave us much concern as to whereabouts of the teachers when the incidents happened.
The most horrific thing is that we found out someone (a teacher assistant was our suspect because she had freaked out, ran away from her, and cried her eyes out upon the assistant walking into the classroom before while I was right there) kept abusing her by pinching her underarms. There were so many fingernail pinch marks all over her underarms on both sides.
We reported the incident to the principal and she promised to investigate, in which she later told us that the lady will no longer be with them. We told her we would be taking our daughter out and started looking for another school for her. Fast forward to two weeks later, I went to drop off our daughter and there the lady was, in our daughter’s classroom. I turned around and took our daughter home, went back to talk with the principal and according to her ā€œI NEVER SAID SHE WON’T BE WITH US AGAIN, I ONLY SAID SHE WON’T BE IN YOUR DAUGHTER’S CLASSROOM. We tried as much as possible not to have her in your daughter’s classroom when your daughter is here but we need to keep a certain ratio.ā€ I was stunned! It only showed that they had been avoiding me and continue to keep that same teacher assistant in the classroom. I asked her what time of the day did they plan not to have her in the classroom because our daughter is a full time student and she’s there 8am-5pm five days a week, but she couldn’t answer that. I also asked her if she ever considered the rest of the children in the school in terms of physical abuse, but she couldn’t answer that either. She lied, and cover up abuse. They also lied that their cameras don’t record, only for live feeds. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL EVER, not even to my sworn enemy! Too many kids (sometimes up to 30) in one classroom at the same time. They don’t follow their menu as they mostly feed the kids oatmeal for breakfast and Cheerios for snacks. Don’t send your kids there.

Caught one of the teachers telling the 2 yos she would throw them in the trash! They mix big kids and little ones in early mornings then get mad at the little ones when they model the big kids bad behavior. They have a high staff turnover and poor management. The teachers in the younger age were good but I regret every day I left my child there beyond that!
