It's truly UNBELIEVABLE how the staff responded to my last review.
What kind of service industry behaves like this? It's almost laughable ?

I wrote a review about my experience at the restaurant, and unfortunately, the same unprofessional staff member I had an issue with is the one replying to me.
Her attitude during my visit was appalling—making faces as soon as I placed my order. Honestly, it would be better to implement kiosk machines for ordering. At least then, customers wouldn’t have to endure such poor attitudes.

And the reply to my review? Completely unprofessional. Who talks to customers like this? Rest assured, I will be escalating this matter further and highlighting it on social media. You seriously need to provide better training and education to your staff. Professionalism and courtesy go a long way in this industry.

We had Chicken Bowl and Falafel Hummus, both came in very good and filling quantity.
Ambience and service is also great.

Really recommended for a cheap breakfast/ brunch alternative.

Visited Innsbruck on Sunday, almost all of the shops are closed haha. We ended up here. We had kebap and pizza. The staffs were soooo friendly, even though they don’t speak English that well. Food was amazing!! And the atmosphere was really great, chic restaurant.

They have halal meat. Staff are friendly. Food taste well and fresh. Many varieties in the menu. Food is served quickly and hot in a good presentation
Place is comfortable and calm.
Good for groups and families.
Soft drinks, alcohol and other beverages are also available
Worth a try . its really recommended

They served me the wrong food twice. Also, the allergens on the menu aren't true. There were other letters but no G, although they served me sauce with lactose first, until I asked about it. Whe I at last got the correct food, it was mediocre at best. Don't go, there are better places around the area.

Not sure why anyone would give this place less than 4 stars? Ask our taxi driver for best place for Kebab and this was his recommendation, and it hit the spot. Had 2 great charcoal fired (not heated like others) kebabs and baklava, both were excellent and will return for sure!!
