I am her son, and I will issue this warning: She secretly records therapy sessions and listens to them with her friends. I have proof.

She lacks introspection and is a poor communicator. She cannot maintain relationships. She relies on her parents to financially support her at 63 years old. And she is diagnosed bipolar.

The fact that she would purport to teach life skills is, well—just take stock of the facts above.

Most importantly, if your privacy and confidentiality are important to you, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

First all I have been seen therapists since I was 27 and I just turned 60. Among all the therapists I have seen in those 30+ years of my life I can say with 100% confidence that Cindy Fabico is the best. She is professional, skilled and knowledgeable. At the same time she is warm, caring, compassionate and friendly. She inspires me to be a better human being and to find happiness every day. I have grown so much since I started working with her. She has been a blessing in my life. When I went to her for help I was so lost and in so much pain. In the last 3 to 4 years she has helped me understand the source of my pain and myself,. She has helped me understand my relationships with my mother, daughter and husband which has made a great deal of difference in how I modify my behaviors so that I suffer less and improve my relationships. She has even helped me discover my passions in life and encourages me to pursuit them. She is a great therapist who patiently but actively listens, interacts and guides you to figure out what you are feeling and why. She is a great human being who is not afraid of sharing her own experiences if she feels it will help you better understand yourself. She becomes your advocate and your cheer leader. I always get out of my sessions with her more secure, less depress and more happy. Lot of the times leading me to make hard and important decisions on that day. I love Cindy! I can see that she is constantly searching for better ways of helping me and keeping herself up to date in her field of expertise. Her place of practice is very nice, calm and warm. All effort is made to see you punctually and to give you the least amount of stress. She is flexible with appointments. I can go on and on about how helpful and impactful she has been in my life in a relative short time given my history with therapy. I feel she has helped me acquire tools to make me thrive in life. I recommend Cindy to anyone 110% without a doubt in my heart or in my mind.

I have been seeing Cindy for almost 5 years now, and I can't say enough wonderful things about her. I've been in therapy on and off for much of my adult life and at times, would dread going. Not the case with Cindy. I get so much out of our sessions, each and every time. She is kind and compassionate, and is extremely supportive. I never feel judged....ever.
