Our time with Cindy Hedlin has been nothing short of life changing. After our child was having some behavior problems at school we met Cindy who diagnosed her with anxiety and worked with her using play therapy. Our child has learned how to calm herself, how to name her feelings, how to have self confidence, navigate relationships with peers, and develop the most trusting relationship with Cindy. As parents, we met with Cindy about once a month where she explained what she was observing with our child, how we can help at home, as well as helping us navigate and problem solve when parenting a child with anxiety. I cannot recommend Cindy enough -- a patient, empathetic and knowledgable clinician.
