Starting from Customer Service, Mr. Victor Matos was very helpful, and pointed us in the right direction. Getting a permit can be stressful and confusing but Victor and his Supervisor, Mrs. Tiffany Jackson were simply phenomenal and went the extra mile to guide us in the best path to accomplish our task.

Secondly, Mr. Gastwirth, our examiner, was kind enough to speak to us and patiently explain the process and technicalities in order for us to submit the right information, and for that we are incredibly grateful.

We are happy to say that all the people we have come into contact at the City of Hallandale Beach Development Services have been truly amazing and have made our experience fantastic.

Good luck getting someone to answer the phone, and when they do after so many times calling, they direct you to the website but will not help even if you have problems with the website. Very hard to do work in this city when no one wants to do their job. They only want you to use the website, but when you tell them you can't access information they place you on hold until the phone hangs up. Terrible customer service.
