She always gave me reading or tangible invitations to practice in real life. I appreciated that Emily perfectly balanced both challenging me and celebrating me!

I think a therapist has a lot of integrity when they help you get to a place where you don’t need them as often, and that’s what happened for me. Emily truly got me unstuck, and while not perfect, progressing forward again. I’m grateful to know where to turn the next time I need unbiased guidance.
