I have seen a number of therapists in my time and this was the first time that I've tried life coaching. Helen was welcoming from the first visit with her and made me feel so relaxed. I never once felt like I was being observed like I have felt with some providers, it just felt like a conversation with a friend who had some great advise and amazing listening skills. I feel understood when I go to her, which is something I miss in my day to day life. I hope she never moves because I'll have to follow her! There isn't another individual like her in the world!! I recommend her to all my friends and co-workers who need some guidance in life.

I have personally known this woman for 28 yrs. and have also used her professionally when my husband of 35 yrs suddenly passed away. She is EXCELLENT. Five stars all the way...and she does provide counseling for children as she's been a school guidance counselor for over 20yrs. Very experienced in family counseling.
