If I could give a zero star I would. The only reason this location is still open is because are referred by some colleges on the cheap. But the experience here is horrible! appointments have been canceled numerous times. Was double charged for a visit and when told that there was a mistake they adamantly defended said mistake, just because they didn't want to be bothered to take down the extra payment. Getting a hold of the doctor is impossible. Many others on here have tried including myself to have our questions answered regarding what next steps we need to take regarding the next appointment or treatment. But we never hear back. That's not to mention all the hoops we had to jump through to even get to the correct person to explain what we need next. Please look for another location. And save yourself for the hassle. Don't think you're going to save any money by going to this location.

I really like how easy it is to communicate with this practice. Other practices have not been as easy to set up dates for appointments but Dr. Clements was able to set up appointments for me as soon as possible. The staff there are also super friendly and has made my experience at Clements & Associates an enjoyable one.

I agree with every negative review of Dr. Clements & Associates. I have had every problem listed above. Show up for appt. and nobody there, I had some testing done and was on a clear timetable that it had to be completed before I moved to GA. Well the testing was done by Dr Clements and she said I could come in the following Wednesday and go over the report with Veronica, and then she would email me the results.
Come the next Wednesday Veronica knew nothing about it, and then proceeded to look all over the office with no luck. I waited for the report to be emailed to me by that Friday as I was leaving town on Sunday Aug. 14th. Well I am still waiting.
I have never dealt with such unprofessional behavior in my life. Since my last session with Veronica I have called the service and left 5 messages with no return call. This in no place for anyone to seek professional services, especially with the type of practice that they claim to be.
I love the response above to "call and give feedback" GOOD LUCK getting to speak with anyone except for poor Elizabeth who has to answer all the calls from angry and disenfranchised patients.

OVERCHARGED AND NEVER REFUNDED THE DIFFERENCE - I had a family member go there in 2020. Clements & Associates was a contracted provider with my insurance company, so the charge for the visit should have been $90.00. However, the person collecting payment in the office (Lake Mary location, can't remember her name) INSISTED that I must pay $150.00. Since then, I have called multiple times and even spoke to the person in charge of insurance. STILL NO REFUND. I understand that they only owe me $60.00 and it was over 2 years ago, but it is the principle of thing. They verified my insurance before the visit and still overcharged me.

Dr. Clements did help me with grief over the loss of my mother. The most helpful advice was to keep a journal, which helped expose patterns.
The 2 start review is because it is difficult to get ahold of someone in the office and she was late to every session.

I’ve never read reviews before and been to an establishment and the reviews have been more correct! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and came anyways but I’m not going to return!! I was left in the waiting area for an HOUR PAST MY APPOINTMENT TIME! Rang the doorbell multiple times and called every number available that they gave me and nobody answered. But I did see you through your window 🙂 thanks for checking on us and showing my daughter how much respect you have for her. First time trying therapy for help to just get this disrespect is so sad.

Saw Tyffani for the first few sessions and she was very nice. Then they switched me over to Dr. Clements. For my first session with her I took off work and drove to the office. The door was locked and when I called I was told she had a court date and my session was a phone session that she’d get to later that day. I was NEVER informed there would be a doctor handoff, NEVER informed my appointment would be over the phone, and NEVER informed that she wouldn’t be able to make the appointment. I didn’t receive a callback until the next day. It’s not like you just get dragged into court. She had to have been subpoenaed and she would have known, but I guess her patients don’t have their own schedules or need to know these things. She was incredibly rude and condescending when I did speak to her and I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone. All of the five star ratings have to be about Tyffani or one of the other therapists.

I’m really disappointed in this office. Last year I came in for multiple sessions and then had a test done that took 15 minutes and never got a call back for my results. I had to call multiple times to even get an appointment for a follow up. Today was supposed to be the appointment and never sent out a reminding phone call per there usual. I called this morning to confirm and then got a call that it was going to be over the phone. Fine. But at my appointment time I hadn’t gotten a call so I called 15 minutes after the appointment time. The lady told me that they were behind and were going to call in 15-20 minutes. But no call back. I called again and got told the same thing which was an hour after my actual appointment.

FINALLY 3 HOURS after my actual appointment time Clements called me back. I get that because of Covid and the new year shes very busy but calling back that late is absurd, especially when I offered the office lady to just reschedule the another appointment for a different day. She didn’t even give me the result by the way. She asked me like three questions and set another physical appointment for me. Then a few minutes later calls me back to charge me a copay for a literal 4 MINUTE CALL. I’m so upset, I don’t recommend coming to this office nor will I come here again after this last appointment . I found this lack of communication to be very unprofessional and frustrating.
