If I could describe this company on three words they would be:
passionate, motivating and supportive.
Everyone on the team is always ready to help families and techs meet their needs. Whenever there's a problem or questions, everyone works quickly to resolve any issue and answer any question being asked.
The scheduling department has great communication with techs about any changes being made and always quick to respond when there's an issue/question.
This company really values their employees and always makes sure to shout them out for all the hard work they do.
Overall, this has been by far the best ABA company I've worked for and I'm proud to be part of the Clinical B family!!

My boys receive services with Clinical B since February 2023. I can't thank enough Lauren, Kayla and Brenda for all their hard work. Back in February my child would not say a word, now he is able to communicate his needs and tell me about his day at school. As a parent it's the best feeling ever! I was frustrated because I was going to have an IEP meeting for my son and had no idea on what to say or to expect. Kayla took the time to prepare me and my husband for our meeting. If we have a problem she is always more than happy to help. I know I could rely on clinical B. I'm so grateful for the services Clinical B provides, and for the staff who go above and beyond for my child. We have experienced other services providers where we were treated as just a number or my child was supposed to "fit in a box" which is pretty discouraging as a mom.
