This daycare is wonderful! Honestly speaking, even an understatement to say wonderful.. they are immaculate! Kindercare gives me such peace of mind. Ms. Aline, Ms. Genna, Ms. Claudia and Ms. Nina… thank you so much for taking care of my little boy and updating me daily with the cutest photos and diversity of activities. Now that I am back in the work force full time, my biggest fear was my baby not enjoying his time there and having to uproot him or stay home with him longer. The fact that he adjusted so quickly and had no issues going with either Ms. Nina or Claudia in the mornings at drop off speaks in volume. I am happy with the decision we made trusting Kindercare with our son’s safety and care. I appreciate the continued attention, care and love he receives daily. I cannot thank you all enough! =]

Where do I begin? KinderCare has been such a blessing to my family. My son was just about 3 months old when he started attending KinderCare. As a first-time mom, I was incredibly nervous about leaving him, especially since most of my family lives out of state, and it’s just me and my partner here in Florida. We both work, and after my maternity leave ended, we needed to find a trustworthy place to care for our son during the day.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Ms. Aline. She was so kind and welcoming, instantly putting us at ease as we left our son in their care. All the anxiety I had the night before disappeared immediately. It’s been about 3 months since then, and we couldn’t be happier with the care our son receives.

I am especially grateful to the staff, including Ms. Nina and Ms. Claudia. As a first-time mom, I want to express my deepest thanks for your dedication to our little ones. Ms. Genna has also been absolutely wonderful and a pleasure to work with. One of the many things I love about KinderCare is the regular updates and photos I receive throughout the day, keeping me connected to my son and his activities.

In the short time he’s been at KinderCare, he has learned so much. I am beyond thankful for the care, love, and attention you all provide. From one very grateful parent, thank you for everything you do for our children.

My son has just moved up a class to the one year olds, and I’m sure he will love it. I just wanted to come here for anyone looking to put their baby in the care of the absolute angels that are the infant class. Ms. Nina and Ms. Claudia are the epitome of everything you want for your baby at daycare. They’re caring, kind, gentle, thoughtful and so much more. My son has such an amazing bond with them. Kindercare Coconut Creek is definitely the place to send your little one. I also love that when I would run into other teachers from other classes they all knew my son by name and it made me feel better for when he would move up in classes. We’ve had an amazing experience thus far and it’s such a relief for someone that was so concerned about sending my son to daycare. Thank you and Ms. Genna and Ms. Aline it shows how amazing you run Kindercare that your staff is so happy and caring for the kids.

My daughter attended the school for about 4-5 months, sadly we had to take my daughter out due to financial circumstances. But i really loved the school, the teachers, the whole staff in general are great. My daughter learned so much while attending the school. I would recommend it.

Some of these reviews (ratings based on) are bashing Ms. Genna, instead of talking about the care their child received from individuals that are actually looking after their children, but since I'm on the topic... from my experience, Ms. Genna has been positively responsive, meaning, I send an email/call, I receive a professional response (with clarity) via email or phone in less than 10 minutes; Though, I rarely need to communicate with her.

I have teenagers, so this isn’t my first rodeo dealing with childcare centers. I know what to expect and what to look for. I’ve vetted a few centers, and the vibe here felt right.

My son joined Kindercare during the pandemic. The team was patient and non-judgmental. Shout-out to Ms. Patrice, what an amazing woman. She looks out for all the children in her care. My son has learned quite a bit from her teachings, like adding and subtracting, writing his full name, communication skills, etc.

I now have my daughter enrolled. So far, it's been great with her teachers, Ms. Monica, Ms. America and also the assistant with the glasses that help out in evenings, she has fantastic energy. I know my daughter is in good hands when she leads the way into the center every day. It’s also comforting and nice to receive picture and message updates throughout the day. Again, this review is based on my experience with the care providers that have/are looking after my children

Coconut Creek KinderCare has been wonderful to answer any questions and establish great communication between myself, the teachers, my child, and the Director, Ms. Genna. I feel my daughter is safe, happy, and learning when shes at school. I'm at ease knowing there are experienced teachers and staff who offer the best quality play, education, and instruction for children.

I had my first child enrolled in this center back in 2016-2018. It was wonderful and we had no issues. We only switched her schools because I could no longer afford it. Once I got pregnant with my second, it wasn’t a question that I would bring her here as well. That is a decision I deeply regret. We were excited to learn that most of the teachers that were there when my daughter was enrolled are still there. However, the director, Genna, is one of the most unfriendly, unprofessional, unsympathetic people I have ever met. The way she’s treated my family from the minute we expressed interested in enrolling has been nothing short of rude and passive aggressive. I decided to push past it, but it’s gotten to the point where it is no longer bearable. We were told weekly (in a general message) that if tuition is late by the 2nd week, we could not bring our child back to school. However, I just received a personal message that if I don’t pay today (Thursday) for this current week, I would not be able to bring my child back. After an exchange of words, I was told that if I keep having an “attitude” that my child will no longer be enrolled. Needless to say, I have no desire to bring my child back as long as she is the director. I’ll be happy to reenroll my child if a change is made. The teachers there are phenomenal and they take care of my children like their own. My daughter has already grown attachment to her teachers, and it pains me to disrupt that, but we refuse to be singled out or pushed out. Save yourself the trouble and don’t bring your child here.
