Loved Dr Gallego. He listened and always asked how I was feeling. Then they brought in Pierre Stevenson. Tried to like him, but didn't work. He tells me I missed appointments which I NEVER did so he took me off my anxiety meds I had been on for years. Prescribed me some off the wall med that was suppose to help with anxiety and sleeping, but did nothing. He didn't even remember he prescribed me that med. I had to remind him. Went back for another appointment and once again accused me of missing an appointment. Told him I wanted my regular meds back. He said they were addicting. I'm 77. So what! They helped me sleep as well as anxiety. So, unwilling he gave me 20 pills and more or less said I would be back begging for more. I am so done with him. I understand that meds can be addictive but don't be changing my meds when they work for me!

Dr. Pierre is very knowledgeable, respectable and respectful. He seems to genuinely want to help you as opposed to Gallego who literally told my friend to "man up" after he lost his mother. Laura's always helpful at the desk as well.

Steven Farag is a exceptional and caring counselor, Mike is the best, most understanding down to earth person, office staff is exceptional, not the nicest, however, straight to the point. You must admire and understand the office staff deals with a lot of people, and are constantly recieving calls and dealing with patients including me, when I had a ful blown panic attacbusy. Ever since DR. Manuel Gallego left this office has been a “Ghost town” DR. Gallego was THE BEST physiquiatrist I have EVER had, I have been to therapy since I was a child, I have seen and experienced several DR’s sone hit the nail some miss the point Dr. Gallego hit the nail on the head first appointment, assessed a plan of action and was working perfect until he left, now I am back to square one when I walked into that office. I bet a lot of people, miss Dr. Gallego and I hope this office gets another doctor that cares as much a Gallego did.

Grateful to find a doctor who takes me seriously and believes me and the mental health struggles I've had. He didn't waste any time putting me back on the the medication I used to be regularly prescribed,and listened when I told him what works for me and what doesn't. I was honestly blown away by how attentive and helpful he was since I've spent the last few years searching for a new doctor since moving from out of state, but having no luck at all till now. Highly recommended!!!

Their front office staff uses abusive language towards patients. Telling them the understand their mental health struggles. To try and make an appointment is awful. I was told I needed a referral even though my insurance does not require it only to find out later it was a form that needed to be filled out. 5 week wait to get help needed. Not a kind word to be said. Do not waste your time calling if you or your loved on needs helps. The front office will simply argue and be disrespectful. They had me in tears and hung up the phone. Some of the most disrespectful staff I have ever encountered. Go elsewhere!!!!!
