Waking into the facility was very welcoming. The outside is super nice and inside the is clean and smells good. You are greeted by staff upon entering. Staff is happy to help. If they don't know an answer to a question they will find someone who does. Overall I am very impressed with the people and building. They truly care about the residents and family members.

My mom went to the outpatient physical therapy and they were very successful in getting her range of motion back after a period of mobility issues with her knees and hip. She loved the PT team and enjoyed the interaction with them. They kept the schedule convenient for her and worked with her on any changes they needed to make. It was a good experience.

Leaving a patient in a chair for 3 1/2 hrs is too long for chair tolerance! And we brought my son in law his back brace (lumbar support) and he was told to take it off bc it was not prescribed. He only sees the Dr once in awhile and the P.A. couldn't help him? One CNA for 32 patients is ridiculous...

My uncle has been here for about a year and a half. Everyone has been wonderful to him! They're so good and caring. From the nurses all the way to the laundry lady. She has been so sweet to him and genuinely caring. It means so much. Thank you very much for all the care.

We love CHRC!! Andrea ROCKS!! While my mom was there during a respite staycation, they treated her & us like family. The very qualified staff was very knowledgeable & helpful with everything we needed for her stay there! My mom loves to color now & I give credit to the staff. Shannon was also a very big piece of this story. She is very great at her job!! She does go that extra mile for the residents & staff!! You guys deserve more than 5 stars, you deserve at least 5 more. Hope to see them in the future. Thanks guys!! Pat Smith & family❤💯👏

Find another facility. My mother has been a resident there for one year. Within thefirst 3 months she had to be hosptalized for a UTI. The they let her herniate near her colostomy because she was constipated. You would think they would have noticed it when changing her bag. She was given a flu shot without consent and would have given her the 3rd Covid without consent if I had not mentioned it. 3rd Administrator in one year. The food is served luke warm at best. Good luck telling what it is. There are some very nice employees but the care is far from good. Care planmeetings are not scheduled in advance. I see no improvement in a year. I do not recommend.

Since the original posting some improvements have been made. The new menu is so much better. Residents are now allowed to eat most meals in the dining room. Another new administrator so we will see.

I will try and post actual photos.

Clean place , friendly nurses , attentive with health issues , good food variety .
However they do not allow senior residents to maintain their independence . They do not encourage them to move. Everyone in there is in a wheel chair. Some can walk , but they refuse to let them, they discourage it. This is the only thing I can see wrong with this picture and not enough activities for seniors. It's important for people to be able to stretch and move around or have something to occupy their mind not just sit in a wheel chair starring at a wall or each other. If this portion of the place was corrected, this would be the perfect nursing / rehab home
