This place is horrible. Unorganized. No communicated. Makes you wait over 70 minutes for an appointment only to cancel you with no new appointment time. If you have the choice to go somewhere else do that at all costs. The other office are not any better.

The physical therapy part of the business is very good very well run .the spine and orthopedic and neurology part I would not recommend .I had appointments with neurologist and spine specialist both times I never seen a Dr the assistant came in took my info left room and came back saying this is what Dr recommended.my last visit with the spine surgeon I waited over hour and half before I asked if longer i will go do my physical therapy and then come back they said no your be next in 5 minutes that ended up being 35 minutes more then i told them at desk i am not waiting no more I am going to do my therapy . They came back about 20 minutes into my therapy saying he can see you now .I said I am not wanting to be here over 4 hours I want to finish therapy and go . Then again they came back asking if I want to see Dr because he is only here once a month I thought once a month no wonder why I haven't seen any Drs in the past sorry but I want to see a real dr with organization skills that you don't have to wait like 2 hours to maybe see a Dr .I talked with head of office she apologized about it. I told her be honest with people if there's a 90 minute wait or more let people know I would have went got lunch then come back be honest with people rather then play a game not letting them know how long they might be there .but i have to say this the physical therapy part of business run efficiently and caring people

Very convenient provider. Therapy and testing all in the same location. The staff is wonderful. Very patient, accommodating and they always ask how you are doing and feeling. I would recommend Complete Care of Lake Mary to anyone who needs assistance with therapy.
