I called made a appt two wks ago. Seeking help for myself because i have various concerns. Their office front desk girl Bridgette never got my email incorrect after three times repeating it. I also had a ongoing appt on March 9th today and as of today at 9:03 am my appt was cancelled. And no call why i got cancelled. I find this office very unprofessional and i also sent them my paperwork in office. And they say they didn't receive that when my fiancee stamped it double and sent them.

Obviously it’s stressful going to these types of appointments when you’re already depressed/anxious, but the staff here was very friendly and the doctor I saw (Dr. Nodal) was very nice, patient, and listened to my concerns throughly. He seemed genuinely concerned about helping me feel better. It was only my first time, but I have high hopes I’ll be feeling better soon.

I've been a patient of Dr. Marianne Krouk back before she came to Comprehensive MedPsych Systems. Before that, it was called Silver(something).

Anyway, the reason I'm only giving one star is because Dr. Krouk who was the most fantastic psychiatrist in this area is retiring. The office staff is very nice (especially Jeanie).

Though, I don't think it's any fault of Dr. Krouk, but after my last appointment I was left with no referrals to a new psychiatrist to manage my meds.

This area is in dire straits when it comes to quality mental healthcare for people who are disabled in both the areas of psychiatry and counseling (therapy).

CMPS will sorely miss Dr. Krouk. I know I will.

My favorite part is when I call and I’m put on hold for 45minutes. And they give me an extension to who I’m appointed to and I never get a call back no matter how often I call or how many voicemails I leave.
Phenomenal place, this is peak performance for mental health and my anxiety.

over priced and treated my husband like crap. actually asked him to leave because he used the F bomb when describing a past trauma. He was there on 10 minutes, and they still charged him $200.
i agree w/ other post but would add that they are typical worthless educated elite.
also, don't be a potty mouth!
