Jennifer Anderson and her staff at Conejo Valley Family Counseling provide quality care for clients of all ages. She is very collaborative with other therapists and genuinely cares about her clients and staff. Jennifer, herself, is highly trained in many trauma informed therapies such as Brainspotting, EMDR, and TRM, along with others.

No Justice No Peace

Jennifer, who is the owner, continuously missed my appointments, didn’t give me direct eye contact during sessions and when I asked what she was looking at she told me she was taking notes. Later on, as she kept looking away, I asked her to repeat to me what I said my 3 triggers are & she told me she didn’t write that down. Why would you NOT jot down your patients top triggers!! Lol. That was it for me. After I left a review she contacted me apologizing and asking for another chance so I gave her one….she never called me again!
This place is phony. I don’t know about her staff but if SHE’S the owner I don’t want to know.
