Tanya is an amazing person, she is also a goal oriented and compassionate. She works wonders with all ages and couples to help you feel amazing about life and you. She offers in person or video visits and she takes insurance and she is well-worth her self-pay pricing as well. I would highly recommend Tanya to everybody in the world!

I’m so happy I found Tanya! I had tried a few different counselors without success and was about to give up until I met her. She set great goals for me in the beginning and has adjusted them as I’ve gone through different seasons in my life. She also gives me things to work on between sessions when I need them, which was something I was really looking for. Tanya is 100% evidence based and you can tell that she keeps up with new research which is something I really admire as a health professional myself. She offers in person or video visits and she takes Aetna insurance (I planned my entire health insurance plan selection around her services) and she is well-worth her self-pay pricing as well. I would highly recommend Tanya!

I am being kind by giving 3 stars. I am quite disappointed in this therapist for wasting my time. It took me a month to get in for an intake… that’s a month that I wasn’t searching for another therapist because she led me to believe that she had a room to accommodate another client and her schedule. I guess she just wanted the insurance money. It requires a lot of energy to invest into working with a new therapist. She canceled my second appointment for a hurricane that never came to our area. Then she couldn’t get me in for another three weeks. I voiced concerns about being able to get in with her consistently. My schedule is pretty flexible but she is apparently booked and cannot accommodate new clients. Her average response time is about two weeks, if even. After she canceled on me, she never even bothered to reply to get me rescheduled or to let me know if she can consistently see me. I would expect a therapist to have adequate communication skills. She might be a great therapist but I do not recommend trying to get established with her as a new client right now. Her communication skills are terrible.
