Constance is the best of the best.
There seem to be a lot of not so very good therapists out there, but Constance is tremendous. Her ability to cut through the fluff and help me get to the heart of things is a gift.
We all have a past influenced by others but with Constance it was never about blame or demands from others but about me, and how to help me choose to move on and be the person I was aiming to be and how I was unknowingly sabotaging myself with things I was carrying around.
Her coaching is practical and clear. My wife and I often say "What would Constance say?" when in challenging situations. I'm thankful for her gift in helping me manage stress and relationships better.

Constance Nelson is the best! I have gone to many Psychologists, therapists,etc .You are not going into a typical talk, listen, or advice psychologist or therapist. As you know they are just people like us that have a degree and there are good ones and terrible ones. Constance is Amazing! She is an expert in Gottman method ,etc.. She has a degree in Psychology and masters in clinical mental health, etc. She combines all her knowledge and created a very unique approach .Constance is compassion but straight forward and helps you move forward to improve yourself , believe in yourself ,etc.
