I've been struggling with my credit card debt for some time, causing all kinds of stress, and I thought I truly had no way out of the mess I created. I was a little hesitant about making the call to CCCF, I didn't know if it was as legit as I've read about. I spoke with Ivan V. and right away, he was extremely pleasant and eager to help me! He explained everything very clearly and kept contact to make sure everything was going smoothly. I received a letter in the mail from my credit card telling me they dropped my interest payments as well as my late fees! They are on board with my lower minimum payment to get my card under control. Making that first call was scary because I had to admit I'm in debt, but Ivan truly worked magic for me. I'm now able to make my minimum payments worry free. I HIGHLY recommend this company, and they have my 100% trust.

This place is a joke. We had 2 cards we asked for help on. Because we'd forget to do the payments and rack up late fees. We agreed to pay cccf 119 a month. One card payment is $88 and the other $25. So we set up everything to have those 2 cards off our back. Well lone and behold they're only making a payment of 64 on one and 15 on the other. Leaving us the remaining to have to pay which we weren't aware of and each payment since not paid in full added a late charge to it. So much for your help!!!! This place is a scam!!! So far in the hole roughly 250 becaise of this.

Wouldn’t recommend. I am at the tail end of paying off my credit card debt with what should’ve been paid in full but because CCCF doesn’t actually calculate and keep accurate record of your debt, I’ve been mislead to continue to have to pay more than expected with my credit card. The balance they keep a track record of as you make payments is solely an estimate as I was told after a long conversation with one of their representatives. Following the frustrating phone call, 3 days later I was no longer able to log in to my account to make payments, see my balance or view any history/records I had with them over the 24months I was making payments with them. I was not given any notice that they would mess with my account t or login info. I requested a new password and still wasn’t able to access my account. As a 25 year old, making these payments to establish my credit is important and this foundation actually is hindering my progression to continue to improve my score and pay off my debt. They also charge a $40 monthly fee which will probably add up to more money spent than the your cards monthly interest rate being added to your debt, so beware. I paid off my debt balance with CCCF and should’ve been returned a check from them after they drafted my account for my final payment that turned out to be an overpayment but now I have no communication or access to my account and have been left with concern of seeing that money returned to me. I would not do business with this foundation for lack of transparency and structure. It feels like they’ve gotten shady after a frustrating phone call trying to figure out what was going on with my account and not receiving any answers or direction during the call

They make paying off debts fun and easy! Super friendly and understanding. I don't have a bad thing to say about it if I tried. Debt can put you in a rough spot and CCCF is the lifeboat.

These people were never too busy to answer my questions. They were always empathetic, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this agency! As one debt was paid off, I was asked if I wanted to apply that amount to another debt. They did not assume that was what I wanted, and of course I said yes. I had none of those problems that these negative reviews have stated. May God bless this company!

I’ve been working with CCCF for a couple years and I have to say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made! They really helped me get out of debt quick and easily. I never had issues updating accounts, or having my questions answered. They are prompt in answering phone calls and every agent has been kind and helpful. I would highly recommend!
