If I could give a Minus one star I'd do just that. I can write a book on what's wrong with this place starting with the girls behind the counters. I would not recommend this place if anyone is seeking Healthcare...I left a message yesterday on Sunday because I was having Heart problems I ask
to have someone Call me back and as of 1:30 Monday afternoon I haven't heard anything. 😡😡😡

Once again my referral did not make it to the pulmonologist and appointment cancelled today. And wasted the day. Just ask their office how many times in advance sent, confirmation by phone and still not processed. Management, please focus on a solution or you will lose more patients. Referral services is unacceptable!

I've been seeing Dr Megan Shirley of the MCCI group for almost a year now. I'm 65 and I have to say that she is the best doctor I have seen in the last 15 years. She takes her time and really shows an interest in your health and well being. I am very impressed with her knowledge and her patience to explain those things I need to know about my health. She is never rushed during a visit and seems to take a genuine interest in my health. I would highly recommend her if your looking for an outstanding Physician.

I went for my quarterly appt. Bloodwork is so much better than when I began seeing Dr. Rodriguez. In fact she wants to repeat in 4 months instead of 3. The staff and she are professional yet personable

Love speaking with Janelle, she always helps with the authorizations in a timely manner that my parents are needing for their upcoming appointments, when I call I always request for Janelle because of how quickly and accurately the authorization gets completed.

Dr. Familia is excellent! 😊
She is very thorough, and has a very fun and compassionate way of interacting with the patient. Her nurse Fiorella is excellent as well.
I do however feel that the office over-books the amount of patients they should daily, which leads to longer wait times.

This office is great. Janelle always calls me and updates me with my grandfathers referral(s) whether or not if it was approved or denied or just to update me in general and let me know that his appointments are covered and scheduled. She goes above and beyond and will also ask me if there's anything else that he would need i.e. if he needs to schedule an upcoming appointment with the doctor or for labwork and/or if he needs any medications.
