This organization has removed my previous review, James Mccormack is extremely unprofessional and uncaring, it refused to fill mental health medication, not narcotics, when a patient told it they needed the medication and had no adverse effects to said medication. I don't know what i would have done if actual mental health providers at my local Walmart didn't give me an emergency refill on my mental health medication. I now get the same medication via an online mental health provider that puts the patients mental health and well being over money.

Had a general practice doctor who knew nothing about mental health try to put me in a psych ward after I fired her, the staff at Conway counseling listened to my side of the story and prevented me from being humiliated and a slew of legal issues. 5 stars.

I have never experienced such a compassionate, supportive, and nurturing environment. I have never met such friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate office and billing staff. My young adult child experienced a mental health crisis that we did not anticipate. Sam (nurse practitioner), John (counselor), and Bre (front office) have provided my loved one with excellent care. Since my loved one signed a HIPPA form, they have educated us on how to support recovery while respecting privacy and boundaries. Every staff member I have seen while I am waiting and the members of my loved one’s care team are all passionate about the work they do. They are patient, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and provide evidence based interventions. The clinic provides both counseling and medication management, which is extremely convenient. They definitely go well above the call of duty in the delivery of services.

Honest review. Staff is great. Place is clean. Therapists on the other hand. I Dont like that they force you into taking medications in order to continue services. I find that my body response in a negative way towards medication but in order for myself to feel better. Their best method was to consult therapy with medications, or why bother at all? If this is the case then I wouldn't spend time or money at this place if you are seeking more of a life coach.

I usually have to call multiple times a day to get an answer. At two different locations. The new front desk help seems…minimal.
Nice interior design- I would say this business is more aesthetically inviting than it is personally helpful. Still a better option than Counseling Associates ?

Very friendly & helpful staff, knowledgeable counselors! Great place!*UPDATE- Lost a star due to the negligible actions of one of their medical practitioners who prescribed meds that required monitoring & then wouldn't let me schedule a follow-up. I accidentally missed 1st appt, rescheduled for next day & then my phone died. So when the video chat wouldn't connect and I had no way to call them until about 20-30 minutes after I was scheduled, I was told he instructed them to put me on the same-day cancelation list (to be called IF there's an opening) "from here on out until I could make my appointments". I've still not been called by them & it's been almost 2 months! Afraid to run out of meds that say.."do not stop taking abruptly...may cause seizures or death" but haven't had anyone checking on it since prescribed at beginning of Nov & it's now almost Feb. Nice to know you're ok with risking my life to teach me a lesson! What a negligent jerk! Still love my counselor!

I have gone to Conway Counseling and Wellness for over a year now and have accomplished more there than any other counseling facility I have ever been too. The facility is beautiful, they offer refreshments of all kinds while you wait, there is yoga and massage therapy, and the staff is PHENOMENAL!! I recommend Conway Counseling and Wellness to anyone I know looking for a safe place to work on things.
